The best HVAC service I've received so far. Kostas (service team lead) was able to diagnose and immediately fix the long-standing issue with the water collecting in the inducer motor. Two other HVAC companies (and several specialists) failed to do that previously, so I've had this issue for years. Kostas also brought up the furnace setup up to code, and re-calibrated it to avoid periodic shutdowns due to overheating. And he had done all of the above in only two hours, for an affordable price.

We just had our old gas furnace replaced with a new HVAC Heat Pump by FUSE Service. Installers Gary and Dean were very professional, efficient and friendly. It was a big job because they first had to install new duct work.

We are now enjoying the comfort that the new heat pump system provides. FUSE is definitely a company we recommend!

Hired FUSE to disconnect, and then later reconnect, my a/c compressor. Work was performed by Maksym, and was on time and he clearly explained what he was doing. I think the overall price was competitive.

Overall, I would highly recommend FUSE and Maksym, and will use them again for my HVAC needs.

Our downstairs shower was leaking, so we called Fuse. Our technician was Stephan and he came out right away and diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be a more complicated issue but he was persistent and was able to come up with a solution to get the problem fixed. We have used Fuse before for our HVAC and Heater and as always, they do a great job.

Hired Fuse to install a new AC system in a historical home, a complex job that requires a lot of attention to details.

Kay and his team did an amazing job and the price was very fair given the project challenges.

Both the initial designer and the install team were technically competent to a level I rarely see. They also showed a great deal of creativity to solve fit and finish issues as they arose fully taking into consideration the historical nature of the house. The job took longer than expected but the team kept at it until they reached the finish line without complaining nor asking for a change order.

Vitalii D. replaced the ancient electrical panel in my house. Since the old panel was located over a water faucet, the job was complicated since modern regulations do not allow an electrical panel to be close to a water outlet. Vitalii was able to rewire the new panel to a new location. He worked two long days, arriving on time at 8AM in the morning. He was unfailingly cheerful, polite, and hardworking. He did a great job and did it with a great attitude.
