Accidentally Partially installed wrong size heating unit and asked for more money to get bigger unit. Except left job without a note or any contact...I had to call FUSE to gind out what was going on.

PGE said our pilot generator and gas central valve might both be having problems so we brought someone out to buy and install appropriate parts. It is running again and we got a modern thermostat thrown in. He also cleaned out the dust which we've neglected and put in a new bit of length on the part that distributes gas. In the end I think we might not have needed the valve at all and the price was lower than the estimate. Yay! Oh also our worker was named Kostas and he did a great job very thorough and fast.

TLDR; very satisfied with the job! We got a heat pump installed in July 2024.

Russell was very responsive to all the question we had during the quote process. Teodor was our project manager and planned the details of the job well, i.e. accommodating our requests/preferences. The team of technicians, led by Kay, were great. They were efficient and kept the work area clean. Kay was also very patient and did a great job explaining the system/answering our questions.
