Amazing service - we had our Thermador gas burner ignitors and the control module replaced by Fuse. Leo did an awesome job - he was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend FUSE to anyone who is looking for an honest and dependable company.

We had an issue with a short-cycling heater. We had another company have a look at it before, but they couldn't figure out the problem ...
So, we called Fuse. Sergey was not only able to find the issue, but also to fix it right away. We are very happy with their service and quality of work.
I would hire them again and can only recommend Fuse.

1. confirm appointment date/time
2. let me know that the technician is en route
3. summarize the details of the visit, after it is completed, including technician name, what was done, and cost of the service

Kostas contacted me to let me know he was on his way, and was right on time. He determined that our Bosch refrigerator had at least one and possibly two bad computer boards. After discussing options, we agreed that it probably made sense to just buy a new fridge. He was very helpful in providing suggestions based on experience on which manufacturers were more reliable (after all, who would know better than someone who repairs them all day long?) That information alone was worth the $90 service call.

We wound up getting an LG, now that they have new linear compressors (something Kostas mentioned). With Covid messing up supply chains, we were happy to get a replacement within a week.

We will use Fuse again, if the need arises. Very happy with their service!

We had Fuse install a new AC to our home last year. Every one of their employees were always prompt to respond and timely in they're scheduled appointments. Very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and competitive pricing. We just signed up for their annual maintenance program to be sure our new investment lasts us many years to come. Thanks to Georgy my oven is working now! Woohoo! I can bake!
My oven stop working on Saturday March 6, 2021. I called Sears but they said they couldn't come out until March 13. :-(
So on Sunday evening Mach 7, 2021, I went to Yelp for help to find someone to repair my oven. The top of the stove, the broiler, the lights, clock all worked just the oven did not. So I sent out 3 messages and within minutes FUSE HVAC answered my call. The other companies were not so helpful. 1 company never answered the other wanted to set up an appointment for March 15/16. However, Fuse gave me an appointment the next day! I was very excited. My appointment was set for 2-3pm. The Tech called and said he could come out earlier around 1:30-1:45pm. Georgy had a little time trying to pull the stove out due to the way the floor title was installed incorrectly. However, Georgy worked it out and replaced igniter that went out. Everything is working now. Thanks to the Tech and to FUSE for being there when I needed them. If ever I am in need of something else done in their field I will surely call them.
NOTE: To help with the cost there was a coupon on Yelp that says pay $70 for $110 worth of work. I printed it out and use it for this job. Thanks again FUSE I really appreciate your speedy response to my Yelp questions as well as the work that was done.

Our washer broke and we needed help urgently. Fuse sent someone the same afternoon and diagnosed the problem. They then ordered the parts and repaired the washer. The service and work was excellent. Our washer and dryer are in a very cramped location but the service was performed without any issues. I also highly appreciated that they always picked up the phone when I called. This company is prompt, competent and takes customer service in this business to the next level. Highly recommended.

Another 5-star review for Fuse! We have a 20-year old Viking Professional gas range/oven which desperately needed maintenance and repair. John replied to my Yelp request within minutes and had Kostas come out the next day. He reviewed our options with us, ordered the required parts needed and fixed it completely within two days. As it turns out, the original price he quoted us was $100 too high so he ultimately charged us when completed for $100 less than the original quote - now, that's a honest business.

Everything about Fuse is exceptional from first impressions to scheduling to quality of work (and fair prices). Fuse is now my go-to appliance repair service. Thanks!

We had the accident with the LG washing machine on a Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday 11 AM it was fixed. The technician Valentine asked relevant questions over the phone and was able to bring the replacement part, saving a trip. He had to remove the washer's door to replace the rubber gasket. We had wrecked the previous one but not properly loading clothes in the washer. Quick, competent service.

My washer made high pitch sound and produced faint burning smell. I called and they booked appointment on the same day. Alan came on time and was able to diagnose the issue within reasonable time. Alan followed covid protocol and had masks and booties on for his shoes. It's too bad that the washer' motor was affected and it's better to get a new replacement than repairing it. Otherwise, great customer service.
