Fuse did electrical charger upgrade to my home, they are professional and fast service, get everything done in a week. Roby came onsite to give a free-onsite estimate and answered my detailed questions, and process, what options is best, eventually we selected to upgrade with DCC, the quote is reasonable, better than other companies we quoted. Later Dmytro came to install the new EV charger, he did an excellent work, finish the work in a day, and we enjoyed our faster EV charger so far, thanks for the great work!

Matt is an exceptional technician. My furnace+AC system stop responding after we switch from heat to AC. I""ve tried to diagnose myself, but it was unsuccessful and contacted Fuse, as I""ve had a positive experience with them before.
I thought I would need to change system board and it would take several weeks to repair. Matt quickly identified broken fuse on the board and identified broken connector in AC unit - source why fuse blown out.
Without sold experience - it would be very hard to identify that connection and repair might have been very time consuming and expansive.
Instead Matt were able to fix it in the same day, for a low price with 15% discount for returning customer. On top of that great warranty for the service and parts.

David from Fuse installed a ductless Mitsubishi heat pump system for our split-level home. He was an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop during the entire process. Two ceiling cassettes were installed downstairs, 1 in the living room and 1 in the dining room, as well as two more ceiling cassettes in the two bedrooms. His work was excellent and he worked long hours and came in on a Saturday to finish on time. He was methodical in checking his work, and even did extra work to improve on some aspects of our existing ductwork. We have a small attic and small house, but David and his team were able to figure out how to make it work.

We've had the system working for 2 days and both the heating and cooling are working very well and we are extremely happy with the result. We can't wait to try it on a hot day. The only thing that was a bit unexpected is that it took longer than the 3 days in the estimate (it actually took 4 1/2 days), but David worked hard to get it done as fast as possible.

If we had to hire them again for something else, we wouldn't hesitate.

Shady business, got quoted a price with rebates in writing. After installation they said rebate was applied but never provided the rebate. Got ghosted by sales afterwards the job was done.

The installers are very good, and no complaints there.

Update:
Fuse reached out afterwards and reimbursed the golden State rebate as well, so updated review. No qualms with workers or installation, everything went smoothly

Had contacted Fuse off of recommendation from yelp. Not many people know immediately who to call on when the heat does not work :) - They were quick to reply, have an excellent booking/notification system (although got a faster appointment time via yelp request than when i went through their own website), and professional and knowledgeable technicians. Our initial tech, Zaur, was professional and able to diagnose the issue, recommend solutions and respective costs, order needed parts, and give accurate estimates. The repair tech, Chirill, returned to complete the repair a few days later. No surprises, no additional costs, was a straightforward fix, and now the wife is back to having the house warmer than it needs to be. Thanks for the great work, Fuse and team!

We got our duct work completely replaced in our 50 yr old home. They recommended the work, other companies didn't do this much due diligence and mentioned about asbestos but FUSE technicians went step ahead and climbed into attic and our crawl space to ensure there were no asbestos to begin with. Honest people and very competitive if not best quote I got. Moreover the installer, David and Jeremy worked 2 long days non stop to get work done at our home with 100% satisfaction. David explained everything to me and provided other recommendations for future. He is the most honest technician I have encountered in so long.
