Promptly installed a top of the line AC, Furnace, Air Purifier and Thermostat in my town home after my old HVAC broke. On time and super professional, completed a complicated install in my multistory townhome in 2 days.
Used them before for AC maintenance and relocation and they did great on that as well!

I noticed my Samsung refrigerator wasn't cold Saturday morning. I looked on Yelp for fridge repair. One vendor posted they do not fix Samsung or LG. I called another vendor on Yelp and they did not either. A third vendor was not open on weekends. I called Fuse and they said they had someone but he wasn't available until Sunday morning, $90 fee for estimate. Georgy arrived at 8:30. Omg, he removed everything from the fridge, shelves etc. opened the panel and it was frozen over. 90 percent of the time for Samsung's, Georgy said if he removes the ice, checks this one piece, it will restart in 10 minutes, total $450. If not, it's this other panel and will cost $200 more. 2 hours later Georgy was done and 24 hours later temperature was 34 degrees. It cost $450. Georgy wore his mask correctly and wore booties over his shoes. I have to write this review just in case my fridge breaks again or a friend needs a referral.

I'm writing this review to rave about our technician, Dave, and his colleague, Anton, who recently installed a new HVAC system for us. I highly recommend Dave! He did an amazing job and worked tirelessly. He is very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and took the time to explain various aspects of the installation, answer our questions and make great suggestions (i.e., relocating our thermostat). He went the extra mile! Dave and Anton replaced a 50+ year old Sears Roebuck furnace (which still worked), and also installed an entirely new A/C system which may have been more complicated than other residential jobs as they converted a Bryant 38MAR ductless unit to ducted. Dave is very detailed-oriented and worked diligently to make sure everything followed code. Our new A/C system works great!

It was a 3-day job and Dave and Anton always arrived on time with masks and shoe covers, and cleaned up at the end of each day.

We obtained several quotes and are very happy that we selected FUSE. Their rates are fair and they offer a great product line. Make sure you do your homework too and check your city's website regarding permit requirements and AC unit sound rating.

Fuse texted me before they showed up each day, cleaned up after themselves and finished in 2 days instead of 3. The guys were really nice and answered all my questions I was pestering them with. They carefully moved garage items around, even 2 cat boxes, and moved everything back when done. I'm super excited for hot days so I can use my new AC but my attic fan works great in the meantime! I've already recommended them to a friend. Oh and they support energy efficient heat pump technology which is what I had installed

Roman and Vlad installed our new furnace and AC. They were friendly, thorough, and very hard workers. The new unit seems to work great. The quote we received was comparable with other companies, but the customer service received was much better from Fuse.

AC on our HVAC died over the weekend. 81f inside with a 5month old husky puppy is no fun, so I was desperately looking for someone who could service my unit.

Fuse scheduled something within the week. The Fuse guys came within the scheduled window, took a look at the unit and found the root cause and fixed it promptly.

We were having issues with our AC unit, it would stop working intermittently so we gave Fuse a call. The last thing we needed in this heat!! They came the next day for a small fee, provided an estimate and did the work all within an hour. Tim was so nice and professional and went above and beyond helping repair a broken pipe. They were quick and affordable. Highly recommend.

They were very responsive and flexable. Their pricing was the best out of 4 companies we requested quotes from. As well as being clear and upfront about what was in the quote . They pulled out our old gas furnace and installed a brand new electric HVAC system. They completed the work in 3 days. It would have been 2 days but since our old system was old (from the 70's) there was a component they had to special order. Which was understandable. But they got it the next day. We had to reschedule the inspection afterwards (on our part) and they were very accommodating. We now are enjoying full central AC throughout the house. Just in time for the summer. And we're looking forward to a warm winter.
