The 1st service guy came and provided estimate and sugested me to get the part needed from IKEA (since my sink was from IKEA and needed special HW) on 2nd visit they installed the new drainage HW and that fixed te issue. The technician Elijah came out the day after I called. The home has an Apollo Hydro Heat system which many companies said they don't work on. Elijah found the problem quickly and righted it. I was charged only the assessment fee because nothing needed to actually be 'fixed'. Very grateful for the heat being back on after us having to wear jackets around the home

Vladimir, ah, a very popular name in Russia. He made a quick appointment for repair of dryer and then washer. He replaced the rubber seal of the door of the washer, even reduced the cost because he found he could save a part he initially quoted. Energic, enthusiastic, loyal.....It's very difficult to find a gentleman who is able to fix many appliances with reasonable quotation on a long term basis. I have him now.
