I took 5 estimates for an A/C installation. Russell from Fuse came and gave the fastest, no nonsense, and most competitive estimate, including a dual fuel heat pump. Installation was done few days later by Vlad and Austin. They were super professional - came on time in company outfit, tackled many many problems specific to my old house (electric, fit to old furnace, crawl space, attic, etc) and worked diligently, taking no shortcuts, and completed a high quality clean installation, including knowledgeably answering many questions I had.

I had issues with electric panel and plugs. Max helped me troubleshoot and fix it. He was very polite and professional. Everything was done in one day as they estimated. I also appreciate the whole FUSE team being responsive. They always got back to me fairly quickly no matter through Yelp, phone call or messages. This was important to me, because I was in rush to get things fixed right before Thanksgiving. I will certainly use their service again.

I had a good experience with Azam K from Fuse HVAC. Have an electrical fault where some lights in the house are not working & hired Fuse for initial paid troubleshooting & estimate. Azam worked very diligently & tried to locate the fault but said it'll require more troubleshooting. Haven't rehired them yet since the quote for the followup seems high.
Was impressed with Azam's work though & would recommend.

Angel was a professional and courteous technician. He installed an AC/furnace unit in our attic. The access was very difficult made worse by a hot day, but Angel did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable team and always on time.

Fuse respoded to my service call to fix my bathroom sink leakage in timely manner. The 1st service guy came and provided estimate and sugested me to get the part needed from IKEA (since my sink was from IKEA and needed special HW) on 2nd visit they installed the new drainage HW and that fixed te issue.
