Just had my panel upgraded for single family home in SSF and I am very pleased with the service from Fuse. The technicians have been friendly and answered all my questions. The work was done relatively fast and they have been very accommodating to my schedule. They even made some cost-saving suggestions that make me want to work with them more. They handled the permit process with PG&E which made the process so much easier. Estimated cost for it was around $5800 for our two story single family home. It ended up being about the same price as other electricians we called but they included the permit process where as other places we called did not but charged the same price. Very happy we chose them!

From start to finish, Fuse HVAC's service was prompt and professional. Alex arrived, in a FUSE-branded van, within the promised time window and even put on booties before entering the house. He brought a backpack with equipment and quickly got to work inspecting my stovetop. In the end, nothing actually needed to be fixed, but Alex didn't try to convince me that something was wrong or try to sell me any unnecessary repairs. He patiently answered my questions and offered me a magnetic business card, and that was that!

Communication with FUSE was fast and easy, from scheduling to invoicing. After paying Alex in cash I regretted that I hadn't asked him for a receipt, but no worries -- an invoice was texted to me shortly after the appointment, without my having to ask.

I'd definitely contact FUSE again when in need of major household appliance repairs or servicing. Thank you, Alex!

Not only that but he was able to diagnose the problem with my clothes dryer in moments but was able to fix it faster than I would've thought. I needed an electrician to look into why my bathroom lights weren't working. I didn't know anyone, so I searched on Yelp and found Fuse. I messaged them via the app about my problem. They responded within 10 minutes. Within half an hour, I had scheduled an electrician to come in the afternoon, for the next day. The electrician even arrived early. He figured out what the problem was (the light switch needed to be replaced) and fixed it within 30 minutes. Fast response and service. Reasonable pricing. I will definitely remember them, the next time I need electrical work done.

Stan and team were excellent! Very responsive, professional, and friendly! They patiently stuck around even though it took some time to diagnose my finicky heater since it would seem to work intermittently. After discovering a bad part they were able to order and replace it to make it good as new again. Would definitely recommend and will call them again!
