I had an urgent issue in my home where my bottom floor lights were completely out, and I did not know what triggered that for it to happen.

I did not provide much notice and Mikhail was able to come over to fix the issue. He evaluated the issues and in a very short amount of time, he was able to fix the problem.

During the process, Mikhail explained what was going on and the process he was going to take to fix it.

I appreciated his transparency, his efficiency and his friendliness.

Michael and Jason with Fuse were extremely diligent and easy to work with. Jason was able to schedule my visit within a day of my initial contact. Michael was on site, diagnosed and successfully serviced the multiple outlet problems, and, had replacement parts at his disposal, elimating having to wait for additional parts and another service visit. He also cleaned up the affected areas after completing his work. They both answered all my questions (I am far from being mechanical) in a concise and kind manner. All follow up inquiries were handled within an hour of my request. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and you should too.

The company responded promptly to my request for service on yelp. The electrician, Mikhail, came out and assessed the problem. Even though he was not able to fix the problem, he told me to call PGE who promptly came out and fixed the problem at the pole. Mikhail was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done.

I needed to add a flood light above my driveway ASAP and started seeking out estimates and quotes on Monday. By Tuesday the Fuse team had already sent Mikhail out to do an on-site estimate. By Thursday Mikhail was back to do the install. He was professional, friendly, and ultimately did excellent work. I'll definitely consider Fuse for my next project.

Fuse is an excellent company. They recently installed a new heat pump, air handler, and ductwork in my apartment. They were worked extremely diligently, were nice, and kept the house clean. The installed system has been working perfectly. I would not hesitate to work with Fuse again and would definitely recommend them.
