We needed some additional outlets installed in our kitchen to code. Fuse sent out a representative (Vincent) to first evaluate the work needed (at a cost that would be subtracted from any final effort). Vincent was timely, courteous, and clear in communication of needed work. We received a quote, along with the ability to include opening permits for the needed work.

Day of the work, Vincent arrived within the time line communicated, was thorough with work, and courteous.

When I first contacted FUSE to get an estimate, I didn't realize that it wasn't free (like most of the other places I talked to). This was my fault, but it was still a little disappointing. However, FUSE was super quick to respond and ended up with the best pricing, so I decided to go with them. I'm actually glad I did.

Sam came by and was great. He was super friendly and accommodating. He explained everything he did or was going to do. There were a couple days where I had to make sure he was ok to keep going since he was well past a normal 8 hour shift, to which he would reply, ""It's ok. I enjoy this. It's like a hobby to me.""

I have been partnering with Fuse Service on my multiple projects by this date. The most recent one is the water heater upgrade executed by Ben.

First of all, the level of craftsmanship is way beyond expectations compared to experiences I had with other plumbing contractors. Ben and his helper removed the aged gas water heater without any spills, capped the gas pipe, prepped the area, brought an oversized heat pump water heater through a complicated staircase, routed all new pipes, installed a recirculation pump, insulated pipes and took care of the cleanup.

After the installation Ben explained to me all the details of a new tech -- how to connect it to wifi, how to operate the actual heat pump, how to configure the hot water recirculation pump, and other details.

It's been one month since the service, everything works flawlessly and most importantly as promised.

Undoubtedly, I recommend Ben from Fuse Service to anyone.
