Surprised there aren't more reviews for Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair. I needed the washer and dryer pulled out of the closet and checked to ensure wires were properly hooked up. Alex & team were very communicative and professional in scheduling the appointment and showed up on time. They were in and out in 30 minutes and left the apartment very clean. As a bonus, they were friendly towards my puppy who followed them around a bit (he's a curious one). Highly recommend Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair!

My dryer needed new belt and internal sensor.
They were able to schedule the house call within 2 days! Vincent showed up right on time, and was done within an hour!
They did have a diagnostic fee, but as long as I chose to get the work done with them, they waive that fee.
Really exceptional, safe, and friendly service.

Refrigerator ran well on the freezer side, but stopped cooling on the fridge side on Saturday. I asked for a quote on Yelp and these guys were the first to respond, and was able to come out in an hour or so. (Rest of the providers said Monday or Tuesday at the earliest.)

The technician worked on it from 6-8 PM on Sat (during the Laker-Nuggets Game 5, no less!) and wanted me to test overnight. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so they came back Sunday morning 20 min after I phoned them. The second visit was about 2 hours also, and he took everything apart, cleaned it, and put it all back together. Zero charge on the second visit, didn't even ask or negotiate.

The fridge is fully functional now. In the end, the problem was both a gate that stopped working, which he fixed on Saturday, and a multi-year accumulation of ice that he was able to clear out on Sunday.

Although we had to throw some food out due to the total time of fix, it was 4 hours on two trips in less than 24 hours on the weekend. We appreciate the work and highly recommend them!

(Funny thing is, they didn't even ask me to write a review, which they should. My only concern before using them was the lack of reviews!)

We all know finding an honest appliance repair group can be a challenge. Alexander not only came to help me on a Sunday, he was so honest and kind. Fixed my refrigerator at a reasonable cost, also ran diagnostics on my washing machine and wine fridge. Will definitely use them again!

I first met Alex last year when my airconditioner went on the blink. He went up to the roof and determined it was the capacitor which needed replacement . . . and he had a replacement part in his truck! The repair was quick and reasonable.

So this year during the Covid-19 pandemic when my washer went out, I contacted Alex again. His response was really fast and he came out the next day to diagnose the problem. Thank goodness he was able to order replacement parts and even though it took a week, he was a life saver. I could not go shopping for a new washer and I was ""safer at home"".

I would definitely call him again!

Alex is THE BEST HVAC guy in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. We own a restaurant and we have issues all the time that are HVAC related and we have tried many different people to help (none have been good) and then we found Alex.... WOW!!! Not only is he so kind and humble, he is very knowledgeable and he always gives a fair price! We had him come out for our two fridges and he determined different issues with both, he then fixed it the next day! Then our HOOD over the grill (the perhaps 2nd most important equipment in a commercial kitchen) stopped working. We were terrified of the price and how much work it would be - took Alex 30 minutes to find the issue and came back the next day with the parts to fix! We also hired him to fix our fridge again! (It is very old and I guess it's time for a new one soon). We used him 4 times in the timespan of a month! That's how good he is! He doesn't try to scam you like others do and he has the most polite and friendly attitude (rare amongst HVAC-guys). CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!! 10 out of 5 stars!!! THE BEST. This is the longest review I have ever written and that shows how impressed I am! Thank you, Alex!

After getting one estimate to fix the control valve on my 2 y/o HVAC unit, Alex messaged me in response to my request for quotes. He was exceptionally responsive, economical, and mentioned that he could be there within a half hour! After thorough assessment, he diagnosed the problem and needed a part. He said he would get the part and return in a few days. When he arrived, I had just received my estimate from FUSE, and I asked him to get a part under warranty, so that I would not have to pay over $200. This was very inconvenient, because he was ready to go. Despite this, Alex said he would go get the part under warranty and return in a few hours. That same day--after over two and half weeks with no head--Alex fixed our HVAC!! I am so impressed that he was very communicative, to his word, timely/efficient, and thorough. In all, paid 1/3 of what the other company was going to charge me with the part under warranty. I am so grateful to Alex!
