I'm happy to give these guys 5 stars. First of all, they sent a technician out late on a Friday evening to come assess the problem with my heater. Traffic was bad and it was raining. He showed up anyway and looked at the unit. The required parts were ordered promptly and my heater was working as soon as the parts came in. These guys are professional and knowledgeable. I recommend without hesitation.

They responded really quickly - I was able to get someone out within 2 hours. He worked on my gas wall heater for a couple hours and was able to fix it.

I called many other HVAC places and they either didn't want to work on it at all, could only come a couple days later, or charged twice as much

It's never fun waking up to realize that your refrigerator stopped working. Thankfully, Fuse and Aleks were able to get to our house within two hours, figure out the problem, get the part needed, return and fix the refrigerator, all in the same day, so we can sleep well tonight. Our refrigerator had a really loud hum that started on Saturday morning 8/31/24. We called ""Greg"" at Fuse HVAC and he was awesome. He cleaned our coils (very dirty) and found a recently deceased mouse in it. Greg was courteous, thorough and quick.

Greg spoke Ukrainian & Russian and my husband who studied Russian in college back during the Cold War and hasn't spoken it much since, had a nice, fun conversation with Greg.
Who knew that our refrigerator repair would turn into a conversational Russian class?!

Dmytro from Fuse has replaced the old rusted out noisy exhaust fan on the next day after I'd contacted Fuse. He also troubleshooted and extended the wiring, brought it up to the code, replaced switches (with much better looking ones) and installed a GFCI outlet, saving us from a lot of future headaches.
Not only all that, but he was polite and courteous, and didn't leave any mess behind.

I cannot recommend Fuse highly enough. We called them on a Sunday with an urgent electrical problem. They were readily available and scheduled a visit within two hours. Our technician, Dmitro, was excellent. He was highly competent and thorough, offered us several solutions based on cost, and went far beyond the typical level of service in repairing our problem.

We had Fuse do a lot of work on our house, including installing a new heat pump for heating and cooling the whole house, a heat pump water heater, a mini split unit for a previously unconditioned room, and a new dishwasher. They also repaired our washer dryer and upgraded our electrical panel. I love that I can work with one company on so many different areas of the house. They gave us a reasonable quote, were super prompt and completed the work with care.

They are very friendly and easy to work with too, which I appreciate as tackling all this stuff can be intimidating as a first time homeowner. They very patiently answered all my questions, and I tend to have a lot of questions! I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future or recommend them to friends, and am planning on using their services when we do our house renovation in a few months. We feel very lucky to have found them!

I've had a problem with my dishwasher for a while (didn't drain) and fix it, so finally called the company to have a look. They were quick and got me the same-day service with a narrow 2h window. They also called me proactively when they knew their technician would be late.

Their technician, Dmytro, was nice and professional. He knew what the problem was and told me how much it would be to fix and assured my problem didn't mean mine dishwasher was going to fail soon. After he fixed it, he explained the problem to me very well (there was some debris in the outlet hose) and told me what to pay attention to and how to potentially solve that particular problem in the future, which I appreciated a lot. Can definitely recommend this company!
