Wonderful experience. I'm so glad I hired them. I cross-checked reviews across several platforms and the hype is real! Professional, thoughtful, communicative and competitively priced. Dmytro listened to my needs in rewiring a new laundry room and help me determine the right placement for all the outlets, the switches and the exhaust fan. When I ordered the wrong sized fan, he made time to return to complete the installation. All of the staff was super communicative during the process. They build trust very quickly and Dmytro does impeccable work. I am very happy!

We chose Fuse electric to do the electrical portion of our home remodel and they did a great job! Among other tasks they replaced our electrical panel, installed an electric car charger, replaced and grounded tons of older outlets and put in several new electrical lines for various purposes. Slava and his crew not only did solid, competent work but they went above and beyond in brainstorming ingenious solutions to various frustrating, baffling problems that cropped up in our old 1950s house. They had to do some creative detective work to diagnose what was going on inside the walls and they figured it all out in the end! We'd highly recommend Fuse Electric! We also used Fuse for HVAC heat pump installation, for which I wrote up a separate review.

Terrible service. The electrician did a no call no show TWICE. Dispatch lies and says the electrician is in the way when they are not. The one time he did decide to show up, he arrived 4 hours past the original estimated time of arrival. Communication is borderline impossible. The electricians also lie about ordering parts. They say they ordered the part, then 3 days later, text me saying it's actually $100 more expensive than the original printed out quote. Do not give your business to this shady/unprofessional company.

We had a problem with our doorbell causing Libby's to dim. I got in touch with Fuse Electrical and May answered my request within minutes. The level of responsiveness was great and gave me confidence that this company cared about its customers. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days, over a holiday weekend. Vitalii was the electrician who came to look at the doorbell, and he communicated via text his arrival time and he showed up exactly on time. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, gave a detailed explanation and provided his unbiased opinion about how to handle the issue. At no time did I feel like I was being unsold or taken advantage of. Thank you Fuse for a smooth and pleasant experience!

Came promptly. Did a great job installing a Tesla home charger for out Tesla car. Very professional. I can not criticize any aspect of their work. Two techs. Cleaned up after. They added a DCC-12 energy management system that no other installer offered. Lead tech was Dmytro.

Fantastic service. We needed to replace 3 light fixtures and we had a non-working doorbell/intercom system for many years. Every other electrician said they don't do doorbell/intercoms except Fuse. Michael came and was so gracious and courteous and got us 3 nice fixtures and installed them perfectly. The real surprise was that he didn't give up on the doorbell/intercom which a prior electrician said was unfixable and needed to be replaced. Michael found the problem and was able to fix the doorbell/intercom and saved us from having to call in a different contractor who would have probably made us replace the whole system. Our house electrical panel is very old and got broken. We need to replace/upgrade the whole panel. I had an excellent experience of their service.
They are fast and very responsive. The engineers came to our house several times for a throughful technical check. Then they tooke care of whole permit procedure and communicated with PG&E. Their work was solid and clean.
After more than half a year, our AC broken. A random contractor from elsewhere came in and said it is electrical issue, not AC issue. Then I called Fuse for warranty. The Fuse enigineer came in and confirmed panel and eletrical has no issue. It is actually the random contractor misplaced a connected insided AC use box, which looks like electrical issue. In the end, Fuse doesn't charge me extra for this service. I really appreciate their service quality and kind attitude to their customer.
