AC went out the Saturday night before the 4th of July. They sent Brandt first thing Sunday morning and I had cold air in no time. Blessed to have them come so quick and work so fast!

I called for an AC unit which was not operating properly. I did so with the usual expectation that I would get typical responses which include: wait a few days, vague time windows, high site visit fees, and speaking to multiple people before getting in touch with the person who was actually going to do the work.

What I actually got was a prompt response, a one hour time window (which shifted to an hour later with ample warning and communication), a very reasonable fee quote, and actually getting to speak to the person who was going to do the work.

Once the repairs were done, I received pictures, a working AC and the comfort of feeling that I was given expectations which were managed and executed on with integrity and respect.

The work was completed within the projected time line and very professionally done. Cleanup was done after the job was complete.
