We were very pleased with our quick response and the time it took for Manny to come out to the house replace an outlet box and instal a new ceiling fan. He was very professional and left the room cleaner than before. Don Sr was the man that came by and gave me my estimate to replace my panel. He was so sweet and I remember him from a while ago and liked the service and how thorough they were in explaining to me my situation. Tony was then put in charge of my account and kept me updated with my situation since I was going through home warranty which I might say they sent me an extremely shady electrician who was trying to not use permits. The experience with the appointed electrician from home warranty allowed me to appreciate Fullerton Electric even more. I was cancelled on the appointment from the electrician from home warranty multiple times and was literally and figuratively in the dark....I had to take matters in my own hands and that's when I decided to call Fullerton Electric. The technician from Fullerton Electric was Manny and he did a wonderful job. He gets extra kudos for being extra clean and took me step by step on what was going to be done. Thank you for being amazing guys! You will be my go to electricians!

I have previously worked with this company and been very happy. Unfortunately, something is up. Not very good customer service anymore.

I'm recently hired them for a residential job. I explained my timeline and the importance of staying on a timeframe so I can move in and enjoy Christmas. I met with the owner Don for the quote. They weren't the cheapest, but I know they do a good job, so I hired them on the spot. Don pulled the permit that day.

Fast forward to now. The job isn't complete as promised. The wall in the living room that they broke could have been repaired better. I wanted it back to the condition it was (before the electrician cracked and punctured the wall in my living room), and the patch was done ....but it looks like he didn't sand the wall smooth. SO NOT HAPPY.

The job was supposed to be done today and I heard the electrician left to go to another job.What the ???? I guess I don't count anymore. My timeframe to move into my house doesn't seem to matter. The owner doesn't schedule and communicate with his staff.

I can't say enough good things about this electrical contractor. I work in the construction industry and did a lot of work looking for the right team to retrofit my 1920s Tudor home with updated electrical wiring, grounding, and GFIs (where applicable). From the first walk through with Don Sr, I knew I had the right people on board. Don Jr worked with me in devising a plan that didn't include work that the code didn't require and work I didn't need for safety or functionality. Then Louis Berger managed the entire project. He was friendly, trustworthy, and meticulous in his work. Louis and his team worked quickly, remained conscious at all times to do minimal damage to my lath and plaster walls, and always left the home clean each night. Most importantly, they did all work within my budget! Definitely would recommend these guys. I plan on continuing to use them for renovations.

We have used Fullerton Electrics a few times in the last 3 years!! They are the Best! Residential home repairs and back yard lighting estimates. Complete Electrical panel installed and today a new fan which I bought on line! Zeke was on time..and welcomed a new challenge.. New ceiling fans that are bought on line have new electronic devises that are geared towards DYI people but really need a electrician! Zeke was the greatest.. Thank You! love your $$$$ amounts

Terrible w keeping their word on scheduling. Mumbly employees you can't even understand. Cavalier attitude or arrogance with little to no attempt to make things right. Feel ripped off and wasted my time.

I had a problem with my electrical at home (or I thought I did). You can't get any better than a company that comes in, in time, has a great attitude and doesn't try to rip you off. In my opinion, Pete from Fullerton Electric is the best.
