Recommended Customer Reviews

For over 30 years, Fuller has provided exceptional service in the Shoals area. I will always call Fuller for my HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. You cannot put a price on high quality work and professionalism when trusting someone with your home.

I have been part of the Comfort Club for 2 years -trying to stay ahead of any issues. Each visit has been a different person who is not familiar with the house. They don't leave notes so can't compar what was done last time. I had to go get my handwritten summaries out myself. Had a tech who did not know how to install a thermostat with remote sensor. Had a different technician attempt to charge over $300 to top off 1 oz of refrigerant. The duct cleaning I decided to do for air quality and they had a fancy vacuum with a brush -not worth the cost incurred for this very low tech work. Week after my biannual inspection my unit won't start and I'm waiting for a call back to schedule appointment. After the $1000s I've spent with them I would have expected a bit more loyalty and consideration. Obviously the inspections are not worth even considering going forward. Technicians are nice enough but this business is lacking in many areas, expertise, responsiveness and competitive pricing to name a few. We will not be using them going forward have found a much better company (review on them to come).

The repair was done well but Fuller Heating and Air is very much more expensive than most other heating and air companies in our area. They charged me around $250 to replace the trap under the Kitchen sink. The technician was friendly but didn't bring the PVC pipe and trap with him. He was gone for an hour to go get the parts and we live a 3 minutes from Lowes and a 1 minute from Home Depot.

Will never use again. Over charge was more than the customer supplied replacement garbage disposal.

They came out very quick to do a plumbing job for us. The plumber was very efficient and did his job well. I was a bit disappointed in the price but I guess when you aren't very adept at doing it yourself you have to pay their rates but overall the job was done quickly and well.

whatever you do....do not use fuller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if i could give a zero star i would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
scam artist, not there to help, and only want to make money off of you instead of actually helping the circumstance. they put our plumbing in back in 2017 and we have had nothing but issues since then, and every time they came to the house, they tried to sell us a whole house system and told us something was wrong with out water. come to find out, they didn't do their job correctly!!!!!!!!!!!

Used these guys for 11 years for servicing my heat pump and they did ok. I wanted a new system so I called their salesman. The Salesman was terrible, always too busy to call back, Expensive quotes and general run around so I bought from another company. I called today and asked if they could service it ( cleaning ) because I know several of the techs that work for the company but they informed me they would not come out to service because I basically did not buy the new unit from them. I was called back and told "" we do not make any money off of cleanings "". They were just mad because I did not purchase a unit off of them. Terrible Company, steer clear.

Fuller Heating and Air is very much more expensive than most other heating and air companies in our area. They charged me around $600 to install a new water heater and wanted $275 dollars more to move the water heater 2ft. The water heater installation was not up to code according to the second plumber they sent to my home. I was assured that they would come back and fix the electrical problem. It's been 3 months and they still have not returned to finish their poor work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very happy with the professionalism from beginning to end with
Fuller HVAC .My unit died late one evening and even though the tech was in Tennessee, he came as soon as he could. I had to get a new unit which I knew already and Jamey, rep, from Fuller arranged for
portables to be used until unit was installed .timeline:July 2nd, thru 5th, J.D. the tech, diagnosed problem,Jamey came and discussed type
of unit needed ,ordered unit,Jay brought portables and set up, Tammy [finance ]arranged form of payment, installers arrived promptly@set date and were professional and courteous, finished installation and left area clean. This company seems geared toward customer satisfaction and has a well organized team of employees. My hope is the owner
recognizes this too and keeps up the good work!

Technician was good but average at best. Struggled with cutting off water at main. Office people were weak. I called in an emergency at 8:00 on a Friday and was promised a 10:00 arrival. At 11:15 called office and same person said she didn't know it was an emergency :-/ arrived after 1:00. The job was eventually correctly diagnosed and repaired but the process was poor.
