I'm calling Fuller every time.

Our solar pool heating company came out, because the system wasn't working. They said the breaker box was broken and we needed an electrician. We called another company first (AND services, which I highly do not recommend). They didn't come out, so in a panic I asked friends for recommendations. Our pool pump is attached to the breaker box, so I thought our pool would turn green soon. Both friends recommended Fuller so I gave them call.

The woman on the phone, I think her name was Stephanie, was a delight. I told her my concern (about the pool turning green) and she said she'd call her manager to see if she could get someone to come out ASAP. Her system was showing the earliest availability was next week. She called back in ten minutes with great news, one of the workers had finished another job early and could come right away.

James came within the hour. I showed him the breaker box and also showed him a patio fan light that wasn't working. (Our handyman said we might have to replace the whole fan.) James fiddled around with both. Within an hour he fixed the breaker box, the solar heater system (loose wire), AND the fan light. All in, it was $120, which was so much cheaper than I was expecting.

I would highly recommend Fuller to anyone looking for an electrician. I've heard nothing but great things about their work.

Fuller electrical was referred to me by a friend because I needed to have someone do the electrical work to install a steam shower. Just came out the day after I called to give me a quote and he was very respectful and walked me through what needed to happen. I called a couple other electricians but I felt more comfortable with Fuller electrical so I had them do the job. The guys that came to my house to do the work did a great job and knew exactly what they were doing. If you're looking for some electrical work and you're worried about who to call don't hesitate to call Fuller electric and you won't be disappointed.

Brian and his team installed a Tesla wall charger in my garage and the entire process couldn't have been more professional. They provided a very competitive quote, provided an accurate day/time to complete the work and showed up on time. The serviceman was extremely friendly and went beyond for us. I was very happy with the service and price of the Fuller Electrical work done. James and Nick showed up on time. They answered my questions. They wore masks and were very professional. I had 1 fan replaced 1 electric receptacle replaced and 2 wall switches replaced. The final and hardest job was a new fan install in my new lanai roof which meant new wiring and a remote receiver added to fan to enable a separate wall light switch. All work great now. James and Nick did a great job. When scheduling this work I had to leave multiple messages before I received my estimate but because service was great and price was right this was fine for me and I definitely will use Fuller Electric again

Cannot give any stars, (system made me put one, but it is too much!) because of complete lack of professionalism.
Contractor has no word, he promises, never keeps his word.
Big job, over 50,000 for electrical work at a residential construction site, started in April 2018, after 1 year and 8 months, as of today, December 4th, 2019, it is still not finished!
Do not hire him, you would regret it, as I do now!
Unfortunately, it has been not my decision to hire this company: it was the builder decision, they were buddies, probably paid him in advance without my knowledge, now I am stuck with an electrical contractor of record for a new house in Saint Petersburg and I cannot get the certificate of occupancy because of him!
Please, save yourself and the agony of dealing with this electrical contractor!

I waited an hour and 15 minutes after our appointment hour for an estimate for a large job. The guy never made it, didn't call to say he was late, didn't apologize. I wasted (with driving time) two and a half hours of my day for nothing. Would never use them.

The outlet for our Christmas lights failed 5 days before Christmas due to age (18 years) and heavy rains. Jeff advised a fix by phone that worked but unfortunately didn't last. He sent Brian and his assistant out Christmas Eve morning - they were on time, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and will use them again. Thank you!

The electricians and staff at Fuller Electric are always efficient, punctual, thorough and friendly. From scheduling with Michelle over the phone to the day of the service visit, everything was easy and exceeded expectations. We've used Fuller electric for both emergency situations as well as scheduled enhancements to our home, and they've always been there when we needed them. The local feel with a very professional company was just what we look for!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I have a background in electrical - I phoned these people on a Thursday and gave them explicit details of the problem, the root cause and the EXACT work that I needed to be done at my residence. The lady told me their best guy could not be here until the following Friday. I was told they guy they would sending the following week had a small outdoor lighting job that morning and he would be here by 10:30AM. After 8 days, I heard nothing back from them for a confirmation the day before the appointment. I called to try and see if they were coming at 9:00 AM the day of the appointment. Nobody answered or picked up (seems like a VERY small company and hard to get a hold of) and I had to leave a message. About an hour later and 30min from when I was told they would be here, I get a call saying possibly around 1:00-1:30. I said hmm, I'm not sure that is enough time to take care of the all work needed and that it is very important we get this all done and done right today. They lady who does the scheduling (was the entire cause of the problem) told me that based upon the info I gave them last week, they were thinking its going to be some ""easy simple GFI fix"". I said it is not an easy fi', I was very shocked, as i was quite clear what the problems were, what my expectations were, and that the wires burned and I almost had a full blown fire in the wall. The way the GFI was run and set up in my house is a total mess and needs to be redone completely as there are big time problems. I had spoon fed her the problem and the solution when I made the appointment the previous week. I said (again) that your going to need to run new romex and separate the circuits and add two new breakers to the box and add GFI outlets in several places for starters and that your guy will be to be here for at least 1/2 a day. The lady on the phone now says DO YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL? She kept telling me I'm not an electrician and blah, blah blah.(She has no clue what I know or who I am) I'm like lady, I cant cancel. I have been waiting for 8 days, this is a serious problem, it was all explained to you, and now your coming late and risk not getting the job done today. I really needed someone to come here and fix the problem and not give me a hard time on the phone. She acted like she was doing me a favor just gave me a difficult time and tried to blame me for her inability to communicate with a customer. They might have a good electrician, but lousy people running the business office and if you have issues it won't get resolved properly. Wasted 8-9 days of my time for nothing.
