WISH I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR INSTEAD OF A ZERO

The female who answers the phone is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with in my ENTIRE life. She first accused me of ignoring an emailed invoice I had NEVER received and then had the audacity to tell me that since it showed sent on her end I got the email. Female kept speaking over me and would not allow me to speak to express concerns and when I finally got loud with her to have her listen to my concerns she stated: ""are you done yet?!"" I informed her she had poor customer services and wanted to speak to the owner regarding her attitude and the way she had addressed me, to which she replied she was co-owner and was too busy to be polite. I called back and asked to speak with Frank ad he was rude and got an attitude when I informed him the female was rude and nasty which was uncalled for. Frank himself got attitude until I informed him that I was going to report their poor customer service and questionable services polices to the BBB. When I went to drop off the check the socially defective female, who stated she was a co-owner, informed the person dropping off the check she had done no wrong and to leave the check and get out before she called the cops. The person dropping off the check heard the entire conversation over the phone since it was all conducted on speakerphone on my end.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE RUDE, THEY ARE LIERS, AND SERVICES REPORTS NEED TO BE CLOSELY REVIEWED BEFORE SIGNED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS

FTL Electrical services is Terrific ! They did all of the rewiring of our house when we renovated and added an addition last year. They had us go around and show them where we wanted outlets placed and were happy to provide dimmers where needed. Last week, we had a breaker that kept tripping. They came out and took care of it. As always, they were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend FTL to anyone!

FTL performed all the electrical work on the original build of our home. In the two plus years we have lived in the home, there have been no electrical issues. When it came time to perform new work at the home, FTL was responsive, professional, clean, and reliable. What more could you want from a contractor.

Beware: If you don't use this company they place calls ""Anonymously"" to the city for lack of permits (whether its accurate or not). Not a company to do business with.
