We are selling our house and our realtor recommended FRZ to us for several little fixup jobs, e.g. a couple of light fixtures that weren't working due to loose connections, etc. Big mistake! The guy they sent out was slow as molasses (""undertrained"", as one of the other reviews says), and wound up charging us $600 for work that surely could have been done in a couple hours. One of the problems was that all the low voltage counter lighting in our kitchen had stopped working; pretty obviously the transformer had failed, but he took a couple hours to check wiring, other circuits, etc, and then told us the part would have to be ordered. I found it on the internet, in stock at a local store, an appx $40 item, but we were given an estimate of $250 to come back and finish the job. I asked, why so much, and was told that there was a minimum two hour service charge because the serviceman would have to ""evaluate the situation"" -- which he had already done! I asked to speak to the manager and the secretary said she would have him call me back; I'm still waiting.

Buyer beware.

I needed a new outlet put in for my new bidet. I also needed some other outlet upgrades. 10/10 recommend for excellent electric work. Fast, reliable and reasonable.

I called this company yesterday and made the appointment. They showed up first thing and the morning today and did excellent work. They were courteous and professional. I am a busy lawyer and I needed this done today. I am very happy!

I called and made an appointment with this company for the following day. An electrician was supposed to show up at 8. After I called the company back I received a call from the electrician saying he was on his way. He arrived at 9:15 and worked for two hours. I was told by the company that there was a charge of $95 per hour. Plus material. For this service call I was charged $290. This company will overcharge you. They will give you a low-ball estimate. And then tack on at least $100 for fees. I asked the gentleman who was working on my electrical problem if he had used $100 worth of material, he just chuckled.
So good luck with FRZ electric!!!
P.S. I asked for an itemized receipt. Still have yet to receive that....

Responsive, punctual. Had an issue, but they did what was right. The work was good, and they ensured it was done correctly prior to leaving.

First of all, they never showed up when they said that they would. Then, when they did show up the employee was under-trained and overwhelmed with the job. He first hung the lights upside down, then after fixing this wired them incorrectly, which caused them to not work properly. He called the boss Cisco frequently asking him how to do the job. I called the next 7 days and they never returned my call. I used a friend's phone and Cisco answered. I told him the motion sensor did not work correctly. He said he would send someone out to fix it. Of course he did not. I had to hire another electrician to come and fix their incompetence.

I had an appt for 4 pm on 12/23 and when the electrician hasn't arrived by 415, I called and left a voicemail email to get their eta. I never received a call back so I texted about thirty minutes later and again received no response.

Trustworthy!!!! I called because a circuit breaker had blown and would not reset. Francisco gave me a suggestion to try myself first. I did it and the breaker now worked but problem not resolved. Called back and he gave me another idea. Tried that and problem solved. Two calls, two separate pieces of free advice. He could have easily paid a visit, fixed the problem in 5 minutes and charged me $$$. Instead he has a loyal customer for any future needs. Call FRZ Electrical first, you will not be disappointed!!!!

I called about 7 different electricians in the area before calling FRZ and nearly all of them did not pick up and one was not available. FRZ picked up right away and after hearing about my issue they sent two of their technicians in about an hour's time. It was fixed within the hour as well! The technicians knew what they were doing and the price was reasonable as well. I don't have any other references to know if their prices are cheaper/more expensive than other places, but if you need someone prompt and reliable and friendly, I would recommend these guys!

Ok work. We weren't super happy with the job they did in the end. We were left with damage and some of their choices weren't the best. Francisco is a nice guy and his crew was good. I just wouldn't give them five stars. We have to hire another electrician to complete some of the work they did and didn't complete or made mistakes on and they left damage.
