Nice enough people, just terrible at their job. This contractor was selected by my homebuilder. They had to come out 4 times, that's right 4 times to fix the duct work because I kept discovering that the duct work in the attic was leaking. For months, I heated and cooled my attic. When they came out to fix it, no apology, no offer to reimburse me for my inflated electricity bills. The last time they came out, they wanted to argue whether or not it was their 3rd or 4th time coming to fix the problem. Then we had a wet spot in one of the bedrooms, couldn't figure out where the water was coming from, finally realized that Frost had shoved a pipe through the insulation and clogged the pvc pipe, but since they didn't glue the pvc pipe together, it ran down the studs to the floor. I would call literally anyone else.

My AC went out at about 10:30 last night. I called Frost at 8:00 this morning, they were able to shake loose a technician, and by 9:45 my unit was back up and running. Fast, courteous, competent, and life saving in view of the forecasted heat wave. I'm not using the term ""life saving"" light heartedly; I'm a 76 year old stroke and heart attack victim, and not sure how I'd have handled another day and night without AC. Thank you Frost!!!

Bought a house this contractor services units out of. Heat pump doesn't work properly and was reported last winter made two appointments for them to come and they no showed on me twice. I gave up after that because it started to warm up and it was clear they were no going to service nothing under warranty. This winter I remember this is unresolved they answer and call me back this time but tell me it will be $100 to come look at it..not do anything just look at it. I bet they would show up for that appointment if I made it but I'm actively looking for a honest company to do their job for them.

i bought a house that Frost Heating installed. The house had been completely remodel and the heating system came on when he installed during summer. When I move in house like 3 weeks ago the furnace would not light so I call and talked to Mr. Frost it has his name on furnace. Needless to say he wouldn't come check it. Had to hire another guy to come fix it. Bottom line shady. Do not hire this company. Yes I am mad.

A couple years ago we had a Maintenance Contract with this company on our AC unit. The homebuilder had used Frost to install the unit when our home was built.

Last night we realized our AC was not functioning properly. I located the expired contract and paged the company. After a couple hours with no response, left a message at the office number. This morning, still no callback by 9:30 AM. Therefore, I called office again and Mr. Frost answered. He was nonchalant, seemed unconcerned and frankly sounded as if he were being pestered by a telemarketer instead of taking an inbound phone call from a former/potential customer. Told me he would call back in ten minutes but offered no explanation as to why he needed to call back. Never heard from him. Naturally, he will not hear from us again either.
