My experience with Frontz makes me appreciate even more the businesses that can professionally communicate with customers.

Early in June, I called to get a quote for electrical outlets that I wanted to have installed and a fixture I wanted to have checked for a short. Was told that I would receive a call back from Mr. Frontz within a day or so. One week later, I called again to request the quote and after this call, Mr. Frontz came out and took notes on the job. I was quoted the price and accepted the quotation. I was told to expect a call to schedule the work. One week later, I called again to check on the scheduling and was told that they would be starting by or before the 4th of July holiday. It is now the 29th of July and I have not received a single call. In fact, the only call I have ever received from them was the one to tell me he would be out to look at the job.

I have never seen such a level of blatant disregard in a service oriented business.

My recommendation: Go with Bay City Electric. At least they call you back!
