1. No-one said a quote would be sent when I made the appointment
2. No quote was sent (& no, it's not in my spam; I don't think they even have my e-mail address!)
3. If they needed the quote, they should've called to cancel the appointment, when they didn't get it
4 Guess I'll find a reliable electrician somewhere else

We had half of our power go out in our house and couldn't figure it out. Ricci was great and helped to troubleshoot and find the issues. This is our second time posting for Frontline because we appreciate their services, as we've had some bad luck with others!

I've used Frontline several times for a variety of jobs, from outdoor lighting to installing 240 lines for my Tesla charger, and this time for an induction stovetop. They are spot on in every regard; timely, courteous, efficient, easy to work with, and above all competent. The administrative people are the same way. They are not cheap, what is these days? But they get it done right, with a minimum of effort on my part. Very high quality company.

Gary Whitehead was the estimator for my projects. He was prompt and efficient in reviewing my request to convert under-cabinet fluorescent lights to LED fixtures, replace all canned lights to flat LED fixtures, rewire a canned light for an overhead fixture over the kitchen eating area, replace 10 electrical outlets and install all new hard-wired smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detector. This work was performed in a single day by Austin and Tenzin. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, cordial and did an excellent job of cleaning up following the work. A couple of things you may want to be aware of if replacing your canned lights, the rims of the new flat lights do not necessarily cover previous paint or rough edges of the former canned lights. Perhaps there are other choices for the new lights that have a larger rim and possibly would. Also, the new, flat LED lights are EXTREMELY BRIGHT and definitely need a dimmer switch. I was a little disappointed that the estimator did not mention this so I had to add on a project for another day. Julius did the work on the dimmers and he did a good job. Perhaps there are other choices for the type of flat LED lights that are not as bright. I do not know so thought I would mention it if you are having this type of work done. I have used Frontline before and feel they are trustworthy and will use them again. Thank you Gary, Austin, Tenzin and Julius!

Our electrical was acting funny in our house and we thought is was due to the breakers or circuits being bad. We called Frontline and they sent someone over the n ext day to check on it. After the first technician couldn't figure out the issue, Lee, the owner, came out and was able to identify the problem. Our PG&E power line leading into the house was faulty. So I called PG&E and Lee spoke to them for me. PG&E sent a crew over the same day to change the line and the problem was solved. I'm amazed that Frontline was able to identify the problem so quickly. They are now my go-to electricians!

I had Frontline install the plug needed to install an electric vehicle which needed a new switch in the breaker box and to run a line outside. I called two other electricians and after dealing with pictures and videos with the other two, was very happy that Frontline sent Gary out to do a real assessment. The process was quick and I was emailed an estimate that evening which was lower than the other two providers. After signing the docs, I was scheduled for install not long after. Ricci and his assistant came in with super friendly attitudes and were amazing. We walked through what we wanted to accomplish before anything was done so I felt good about the solution. And the work is phenomenal. Super happy about the solution and they cleaned everything up to make it look like they weren't ever there. Frontline will be my go to electricians and a company I will easily recommend to friends.

I had been trying to find an electrician for months. Went all over yelp and never got called back. I went through Home Depot referrals online and Frontline was the only one to respond and did so quickly. Site visit in only a few days and were able to book the job at my home a week from initial call. Everyone from scheduling to site visit the the two guys on site for the work were all friendly and professional. Replaced eleven total canned lights in kitchen/bathrooms and one additional fixture of a sink. Excellent work. Would call them back again for future work if needed.

First off, I appreciated how responsive Gary was. After he came by to do a survey I must have emailed him 8 times asking questions and requesting the scope of work to be revised several times. He replied quickly and with detail.

On the day of, it was very nice to work with Julius, Choenyi, Jinpa, Ricky and Austin as they were super friendly, communicative and most importantly did fantastic work. I got all my light switches and plugs replaced and installed several LED lights on the ceiling.

Compared to other similar providers, Frontline's prices were fair in my opinion. I would call them again for future work. Attached is a fun photo of Julius installing LED lights on my kitchen ceiling and some LEDs in my living room.

Choenyi came out and installed my EV charger quickly. Frontline provides quality work, great value and customer service. Everyone from their front office team, Estimator, Installer and inspection team were awesome. They took care of all permit and inspection work, I didn't have to do a thing.
