I had lights installed in my home on Saturday. I've used this company before and was completely satisfied, so I didn't hesitate to try them again. The service by Frankie was excellent. Once again, all went according to plan. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, knowledgeable and thorough. Exceptional service! A winner.

Our power went out on Father's Day 6/16/19 and after checking PGE we determined it was an issue with our unit only. We called Frontline after trying a few other electricians who wouldn't give us the time of day if we didn't pay a ridiculous amount of $$ at 8:20pm on Father's Day.
The owner, while attending a concert got on the phone to walk me through the process to find out what the issue was and get the power turned back on. With his help we got the power back on.

We are very happy with work that Frontline Electrical Services did in our bathroom. They added an additional GFI outlet and replaced the existing outlet. It's great to have two outlets that work well.
Gary gave us an estimate first, he arrived on time, was very knowledgable and provided us an estimate via e-mail that afternoon. Julius was the technician who also arrived right on time, did great work and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely use Frontline Electrical for any other electrical repairs that we need.

We hired Frontline to replace our electrical panel and upgrade our outlets from two-prong to grounded three-prong. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience! The estimate was literally half of what we had been told by another company, and once we made the first payment they began work right away. I appreciated that Frontline was willing to work with our budget vs. insisting on bringing everything exactly up to current code.

I'm deducting one star simply because there were some communication issues. At the end of one day of work I would be told that they wouldn't be back until after the weekend, so we'd move all of our furniture back and plug appliances back in - and then at 8 AM the next morning our doorbell would ring, and the workmen would be standing on the porch! I had to be there to let them in and out of the house, so if I'd had something important scheduled it would have been a huge problem. I appreciated that the work got done quickly, but this happened THREE times. On one occasion I got a call from the scheduler at the office to confirm that it would be okay to send the guys out to finish up the following day, and I was like, ""Uh... well, they're at my house finishing up right now, so probably not?""

Yesterday, we lost power in our garage and in our barn. I called first thing this morning and spoke with Jack. Jack sent an amazing young man, Casey, out this afternoon who got our place up and running in no time at all. Both Jack and Casey were very pleasant and very thorough. We thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Frontline Electrical Services.

Called for an electrical quote. Lee came over, was a little late....that was ok. But after taking pics and walking around the property, he said he'll get back to me with a quote. So far that was since feb 13. Gave him some time and replied to hom back on feb 17 saying they where busy, yada...yada.... Man how long does it take for an estimate? The other companies gave mean estimate by the end of the day and the other the following morning. If the estimate process was like this how much more for the job itself. Not a good first impression for a company.

I am at a loss for words to describe just how fortunate I feel to have found Lee. I cannot recommend this company more highly, as there will never be a need for me to find another electrician! He personally came out to our home when our 30+ year smoke detector that was hardwired into our ceiling began acting up late on a Wednesday evening. Not only was he thorough, incredibly fast, and perfectly professional, he was such a kind person and a pleasure to speak with. I will be calling him for all future electrical needs and I implore you to do the same.

This is a small business and I love supporting local business owners when I can, so I took the risk despite the two low reviews. Lee addressed all my concerns and showed up promptly and repaired our electrical problem. He is reasonably priced, detailed and thorough.
