Took me a couple months to give them the go, Ricci the electrician came to my place as scheduled and on time. My hard wired fire alarm in the hall outside my bedroom was screeching loudly in the middle of the night. Installing a new battery did not not help. I called Frontline Electrical Services as I saw on Yelp that they offered 24 hour service. The owner, Lee, came over about 3:00am and quickly disconnected the wiring for me and thus stopped the annoying sound. What a relief this was for me! I am grateful he came out, and I highly recommend his company for going above and beyond!

Frontline definitely lived up to their 5 star rating! They responded quickly to an emergency and were able to implement a temporary fix so that we would have power overnight. The next day the electrician (Julius) arrived on time and implemented the permanent solution. Julius is very personable and with excellent technical skills. Excellent work all around.

We had our power go out at 1am, contacted the proper channels. Next morning, my landlord sent over Lee, from Frontline Electrical Services. He was efficient, quick, and even took the time to show me why our power went out and reassured things are safe. Thankfully I'm a renter and dont have to foot the cost but it was a pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation.

I appreciated them coming out to provide a quote. They seemed very professional and I have no doubt they would have done excellent work. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them when they said they would get back to me by end of the day with a quote. I ended up going with another company, and at a much lesser cost so it did work out (for us). Yes, I could have called them back to follow up, but in my predicament, I needed a response sooner rather than later and was already juggling contacting a handful of various companies to get quotes.

Yesterday, Frontline's crew completed the installation of a full-home generator for us, and I want to express my complete pleasure in the experience, from onsite estimate to finished project. The crew, led by Miguel, was very professional and personable, and obviously took great pride in their work. Even though the City of Walnut Creek threw them a large and unexpected curve, they proceeded with promised speed and performance excellence, and we are very happy to recommend them. As a plus, their office staff is congenial and accommodating.

Early Saturday evening, start to watch the news and suddenly the power to a good part of the house goes out. Thought it was a blown circuit breaker. Help from next door neighbor in replacing breaker, finding out it's not the breaker. Called Frontline (used them twice before). Juan quickly found that some of the neutral wire insulation had melted causing the outage. Replaced all damaged wires. A shout out to Juan and Lee for a job well done. Thankfully the food in fridge was saved. Quick response on a weekend.

I want to thank Frontline Electrical for sending Ricci Ramano on my service call. Ricci was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
I had a circuit that was dead and I could not figure out what was causing it. Ricci showed up did some investigating, with some cool devices, found the problem, fixed it and also noticed some other items that were not quite right and took care of them.
Frontline will be my goto for anything electrical in the future.

I have a house built in the 20's, and it had a mix of knob-and-tube and romex wiring with fuses in the main line coming to the house. I decided to dive in and have the whole house rewired. Frontline Electrical was the company I chose, and I am very pleased with the work.

It was a huge project, requiring cutting into my lath-and-plaster walls, new subpanels, and a new main panel. It took 12 days of labor. Miguel was the project lead on site, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional in every way, from listening closely to my concerns, making appropriate and well-explained suggestions, and treating those working with him respectfully while also expecting excellence. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work Miguel did and oversaw. The organization of the circuits, the neatness of the wiring, and his attention to both safety and future needs were excellent. I greatly benefited from his expertise. And I am super pleased to have confidence that my electrical system is stable and won't fry my appliances/start a fire!
