The technician arrived online and start assessing the area and explained their plan of the day, and what the sales did not see and explained how much it would cost extra, asked me if I want to proceed before they start. The sales didn't quote it right was my least favor part, but everything else was excellent. They had 3 jobs scheduled and they had to rearrange with other crew so they can stay and finish my job. The had to take the chandelier down 3 time to get it to the right height and make sure I am happy with it, takes a long time but they are very patient. I can see they are both tired after the job well done.

Lee and his team were great. Lee came out personally to do the consultation. When the team came out, the were very courteous and aware of their surroundings as to not disturb our home. The work they did was great, and kept us looped in at every stage.

I was very pleased with the quality work that they did at my home and will definitely call them again for future needs.

I chose their bid over two others for a bathroom fan, replacement of garage overhead lighting and a garage gable fan. They gave good recommendations about what lighting and fans to use, and I think they were right on. The only hiccup I experienced was in the communication between the person making the recommendations and decision and the actual guys who did the work as to one of the fans being used. Also between the office staff and the guys in the field about what time they would arrive. (They always came 30-60 minutes earlier anticipated--which is much better than being late, but it took a few times for me to stop being surprised by it.) All parties were conscientious individuals and did great work though, which is the bottom line, there was just some disconnect in how they communicated. That resulted in a couple of extra trips for them, but in the end the job was done well and I appreciated everyone's conscientious work and ""make it right"" attitude.

Kudos to Julius and Casey who did the garage lighting and bath fan, and to Miguel who was the ""big gun"" who came in and did expert electrical and carpentry work for the garage gable fan.

Wow! I highly recommend! I called with an emergency on a Saturday morning. I was at my wits end as my power went out. Not only did I get a call back within 5 minutes, but he was able to solve all my problems without coming to the house. I was frantic and he was very calming. After spending a good 10-15minutes helping me get power back to the house... he did not want any payment. Wish there were more people like this! Great guy. Great company.

I've used Frontline Electric for the past two years to install add'l lights outdoors & in the garage, including motion activated lights as well as ceiling fans. The employees are not only good at their jobs, they clean up and they are nice people I felt comfortable having in my home. Lee is very knowledgeable about electrical work, and a host of other home improvement work. Often I could and did ask Frontline if they could take on some other small projects (e.g. hang up a bathroom cabinet) rather than me finding someone else to do the job.
