If there was a place for negative stars, that would be my review! This service sucks! I wish that I had shopped around before I signed a new contract too! In order to get a change of due date, you have to be receiving public assistance! What the WHAT!!!!!! Then, to get an extension, your bill has to be over $100.00.....a double WHAT THE WHAT!!!!!!! I would not recommed to a flea!

Crooks. They added an ONCOR USPD charge that was as much as $72, which meant I was spending .14 for electric. I was informed, by the outsourced agent with a very heavy accent, that I renewed contract online. I have NEVER signed into there website so that is a bold faced lie. I decided to just cut my losses, due to my physical health being poor. We all know how draining and frustrating it can be to fight these people.

If I had the option to select zero stars or negative stars I definitely would! I canceled service on 9/8/15 due to moving and requested a credit reference letter to avoid a deposit with my new company. Today is 9/17/15 and after five days of phone calls, I still cannot obtain this letter. Keep getting the runaround that it has been expedited when I was told initially it would take 24 to 48 hours. Horrible customer service!
