To our surprise, our water heater was still under warranty! We were not aware of the warranty and greatly appreciated his honesty! Norman contacted the manufacturer for us and got us a new water heater free of charge. The labor and installation fees were very reasonable and the team did an awesome job. Not only did they do a great job, but I appreciated how friendly they were and how they went above and beyond to clean up the area after they were done. I would highly recommend Frog!
