I guess Frisco electric is too busy to call me back after 4 messages. I wanted to put in timers for outside lights. They told me what products to purchase. which I did. Now I have been calling for over 4 weeks trying to schedule an appointment. I even called to advise I had even more work, switching out 17 light switches to dimmers, no small cost....
I guess I have to find a new electrician. they have done work for me in the past and have been pleased. Disappointed.

I had an issue with a GFI outlet and called to have someone come out and look at it.

They never even bothered to return my phone call.

Awesome service! I needed some work done before the holidays and could not find anyone. They fit me in with 1 days notice. Customer service was superb from the receptionist to the tech. The pricing was great and they didn't pull any games. I highly recommend them.

About a week after seeing my previous review on Yelp, I was contacted via telephone by Susan in the office (WHO IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!). I wasn't happy to revisit my poor experiences with their staff, but the fact they even cared enough to make a follow-up call was positive.

Susan apologized profusely and said she would speak to the company's owner and call me back. She called me back a few minutes later and offered to have the owner come out and install the three remaining switches himself, which I accepted.

As promised, the owner arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work without any further charge. Of course, he did his best to apologize as well.

The efforts of the owner and, to a much larger degree, Susan are why I'm updating this review and adding an additional star.

Why only three stars? Because the prior horrible experiences still happened and, unfortunately, nothing can be done to erase that.

At the end of the day, I feel as though all the work required was completed for $5 less than I should have paid. I was initially overcharged by $55, but the owner came and performed what I value as $60 worth of labor. It took three trips and several poor experiences to reach this point. Yes, Susan and the owner tried their best to atone for the transgressions of their staff, but I am STILL finding screws and wire in the carpet and drywall dust on my furniture where Frisco Electric was working.

I do believe that the five-star experiences of other reviewers are likely legitimate. However, I unfortunately did not have such an experience. My ordeal may be an outlier, but I really can't justify more than three stars.

Frisco Electric won't be taking any jobs away from my long-time electrician, but, based on quality of work alone, would definitely recommend them over the too-good-to-be-true priced electricians on Amazon. I had them out yesterday and won't be going that route again.

In closing (finally!), I would recommend giving these guys a chance. Just be extra sure to run anything that seems odd by Susan and she will definitely get it straightened out.

After firing another electrician, I read the reviews and had them come out. There was a miscommunication on the bid, but they took responsibility and did their best to make it happen. Susan was great to work with, great follow up/reminders and the tech Curren was very prompt, polite, and did a fantastic job. Very happy. I will definitely use them again and refer everyone we know.

Friso Electric Inc. is by far the the BEST company I have ever called so far. I'm so thankful I found Frisco Electric, and I will continue to use them if I have any other electrician needs.
Our circuit breaker that connected to the fridge went out and wouldn't turn back on. I had used another service (simply because it was open after 5pm when the circuit blew) and the guy came out, changed the breaker and charged me $200 for like 20 minutes of work. Well, surprise, it blew again and wouldn't turn back on! So I called Frisco Electric this time. The guy came out and fully examined the entire line to determine that there was a spot where the coating was rubbed off and the wires were touching each other. So, after an hour of shuffling around in our attic on a 95 degree afternoon, he got the wire replaced and fixed it the problem!
He was very nice, clearly knowledgeable, and he priced out the charges and they made perfect sense, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend them.

The absolute best electric company in the DFW area. I was going to use Milestone Electric but they were too busy to install my ceiling fans & wouldn't give me a price before they came out. They were going to charge a trip charge before they quoted me. Frisco Electric quoted me up front with no hidden costs. Curren was amazing & very helpful. These are my new electricians. Hi all!
Looks like another boring 5-star performance for Frisco Electric. I knew nothing about these guys and rolled the dice based upon Yelp reviews (hoping they were accurate). Net: The team was very professional, accommodating (and timely to their appt!). They did a great job installing a few chandeliers and were reasonable cost. They are coming to do more work later in the week due to my positive experience. They are now in my iPhone as my ""electrician""...Thanks!

I've had what I thought was a strange electrical issue throughout a good portion of my house. I searched online for reputable electricians and saw that Frisco Electric had good reviews. When I called, the first person I spoke with was Julie. She was so amazing! Super nice, very through and even helped me troubleshoot a little on the phone. Incredibly pleasant to deal with. We made an appointment for the next day and I hung up feeling great about my choice so far. The next morning, Julie called me to tell me that the electrician was able to come early - imagine that! The electrician, Aaron, called me 10 minutes before my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Wow! He showed up on time, was incredibly polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue (I had a short in a light fixture caused by a bad bulb that had melted a socket), repaired the socket, explaining all along the way what he was doing and why he was doing it, and then spent more time with me to explain all about the proper lighting for my rooms in my house. I was so impressed, I asked him to give me a quote on additional exterior lighting. He recommended a variety of alternatives and then shared the cheapest and most effective way to accomplish what we wanted in exterior lighting. And the cost for all this amazing service? Well, I felt guilty in how low it was. Completely blown away by Aaron, Julie and Frisco Electric. I've found my electrician for life and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
