I hired Frisco electric to repair/replace a landscape light in my backyard. The initial price quoted was $350. The repair ended up being $465, which was somewhat shocking, but I really needed it done so I didn't complain. The light that was installed didn't seem to match the other lights, but it was explained that this was an LED light . I figured as long as the lighting matched the others, that was ok. Unfortunately, that night, the lights came on and it wasn't a color match with the other lights...it was extremely bright, white, and not even remotely close to the other lighting elements in the backyard. In other words, it stuck out like a sore thumb. I will say that the electrician that came out was very courteous and completed the job within 20 minutes.

We've used Vince Brewer's team at Frisco Electric for the eight years we've had our Frisco home. They always send experienced pros who conspicuously know their trade. They've always done the job right the first time, just as they said they would. They may cost a little more than a guy in his pickup truck but they're pros and are dependable. Thanks to Vanessa and Bruce for responding to our latest electrical need.

These guys came out to fix a weird outlet issue in the House I was buying. They were on time, really nice, and fixed the outlet fast without any of the shady ""well, we may need to tear out your wall and rewire everything with golden tinsel to get rid of the narwhals"" made up crap that you get with some sheisty people.

Fast, easy, and a great price! They are definitely on my go-to list in the future!

William came out to fix a problem with a breaker switch flipping. After a diagnosis, he had to run to the store to get a new one and installed it. I appreciated his persistence in determining the problem. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the additional time it took to go pick up the part. It would have been more efficient if it had been available in his truck. I'd recommend them though because he was professional and courteous.

I had a need for a small repair, and I was referred to Frisco Electric. I spoke to Vanessa when I called, and she was extremely helpful. She arranged for next day service.

William came out to fo the repair. He was on time, very personable, and had the work done in a short time.

This is great service, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Suddenly had the breaker to the TV wear out and was able to get same day service! William came out a put in a new breaker in minutes! Can't say enough good things about their efficient Office Manager & William, the electrician. Great company and an excellent resource for future repairs.

This company charges $130/hour but if they can charge by ""piece"", they are cheating you. If you have 10 smoke alarms to install, they will quote you $40 for each - when they could charge you by the hour and you would pay a lot less. They will charge $440 plus $75 service instead of $130/hour - even though they could install the same amount in an hour.

What a great company! After a small miscommunication they were able to save the day. I needed a breaker swapped out for a new a/c unit and they came in an knocked the job out quickly and the tech was very nice and helpful. The price for the work was fair and just. Would use again in the future.

Susan and staff set up my appointments quickly and explained to me pricing and process. Scott was great. We just bought an older house and had several electricity issues as well as things like changing lighting and fans. I didn't plan enough time for the first day but they were quick to schedule my follow up a few days later. My fault I didn't plan enough time again but Scott came back to finish the work communicating the whole time as to when he would be there. The pricing for all the work I had done was extremely reasonable. Scott was professional and friendly. He did everything I asked in a very reasonable time. This is definitely now going to be my go to electric company. Highly recommend!
