Well, this was my third time to call Frisco Electric. Twice the owner Vince came out and did work for me. Super duper nice guy. Sadly, he was on vacation. Darn it. Lol well, I got notice my new Tesla was arriving in a week and I needed to get an outlet installed in the garage. So, I emailed the night prior just to get a quote as I heard it could be quite expensive. Vanessa responded via email and she even called that next morning leaving a message. I called back and said geez that quote looked very reasonable as I read online that some people who mention a Tesla get over charged by other electricians. I really think Frisco Electric is above board and honest with their charges. My quote include all the parts necessary to do the job. I had a bunch of questions and Vanessa answered most of them and she isn't even an electrician! So darn sweet! I asked to schedule an install and since it was pouring rain outside that had availability in an hour! Yes...an hour! Lol Kevin came out and texted me an ETA and gosh darn it he arrived exactly on the money. He was very personably and kind. I felt very comfortable with him working in my garage. Curiosity of the install had me watching. It was such a clean install that it looks like it was there when the home was built. No miss cuts of the dry wall or jagged edges. He used a special tool to cut a perfect rectangle. Nice! I am very pleased. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Incredibly on time to the minute, available on a moments notice, and quotes that include parts that are not only reasonable but less costly than other companies...yeah that's why I've used them 3 times now. This is my first review for them and the work was done earlier this week. It just dawned on me to give them a review.

This is the second time I've used Frisco Electric. When I called about my a/c breaker going out in 98 degree temp, Vanessa was able to accommodate me with an appointment. Minutes later, she called me and said she spoke with the tech and highly recommended I shut the thermostat and breaker off. I did. Vince arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. My circuit melted due to overheating. He offered a solution which remedied the issue at a reasonable price.
A couple months ago I had an outlet added above my fireplace by William. He was just as great as Vince. The price was reasonable and he was also on time.
I highly recommend Frisco Electric, William, Vince and Vanessa!

I contacted Frisco Electric for a quote via Yelp to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for EV charging in my garage. Vanessa was very responsive and informative in answering my questions and explaining how everything would work. William showed up promptly for my appointment. It was helpful that he called about 25-30 mins before arriving so I could come home from work to meet him. When he showed up, he was polite and courteous in discussing options for the location of the outlet. He completed the job in about 30 minutes. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Frisco Electric for any job.
