My parents needed a GFCI outlet replaced that left a whole side of the house with no power and a garbage disposal outlet not working either. He responded very quickly through Yelp, gave you an estimate and the option to schedule an appointment through yelp (which I appreciate the streamlined process!) He worked diligently on troubleshooting the outlets and explained what he found.
He is thorough in his estimate to you and reviews all areas of work he will do and explain if he has to modify or change things outside of the estimate upon his assessment at your house. I felt his prices were reasonable as he was transparent in showing how each type of work may cost.
His customer service is on par and comes with a smile on his face that shows he truly enjoys his job. I highly recommend!
