Luis was recommended to us by a general contractor and friend. We asked Luis to wire in a Level 2 electric car charger. Did the work neatly, cleanly, accurately, and was good at collaborating on how it might best be done for maximum convenience.

Luis, The manager of the team that came to my home. Refused to comply to our cultural value of no outdoor footwear allowed inside out home. We have a sign at our front door and we also verbally asked to please remove his shoes or spray the bottom of them w lysol. He fake sprayed and came inside the first time around i let it go because I didn't want to seem unreasonable but the second time round he came inside he completely ignored our request and when i asked again he made facial gestures to me. So unprofessional. How can a SUPERVISOR have an attitude towards customers like that.. in front of his team too? Completely unacceptable. The whole thing was caught on our doorbell camera. His team is great, very respectful & kind unlike this clown.

We had Louis out at our house today for another project and again were very happy with his communication, thoughtful questions and work quality. He has done two large projects for us and today's smaller project. His crew have always been respectful of our home and clean up after themselves when the job is done which I appreciate. Louis has always been on time and I have found his rates reasonable.
