First of all it took several phone calls from me to even get anyone out here They said put you on a list and when someone can they'll come out
What is that? I felt very unimportant as a customer
I had to keep calling back Not them calling to keep me informed
and the nerve to charge what they charged

Probably wouldn't have taken so long for the job if real master plumbers

Charged from time they arrived very early in am before places of business

even open
I was asleep didn't hear the phone They could have knocked on the door

But why do that when you can just sit in your vehicle for $175 hour right

No call day before to say what time they would be coming out
Very Unprofessional!
Phoned to find out what the charge for the work was
They said they would call me back with the amount Well they did not!

Instead I receive an invoice for almost $800 in the mail For a drain clog!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Will I even consider using their services!!!

A master plumber with years of education doesn't charge close to this amount. Outrageous hourly rate honestly

I feel sick to my stomach Shame on them!
