Due to recent high winds my fence broke and Fred was able to provide us with estimates via pictures and do the job very satisfactorily. Excellent communication throughout the process , reasonable estimates and the job done in a timely manner. Very pleased with this experience and will be definitely hiring him for more work around our house.

Fred did a great job of putting up shelves and making repairs around my house. He seemed very detail-oriented, which is what you want while fixing your home! Being warm and friendly, he put me at ease as he went about doing various repairs, and offered advice on maintenance. I will certainly be calling him again if my house needs more work. I have a undermount sink with the silicone caulk turned moldy (see photo). I found it hard to remove the caulk so I called Fred to do it for me. Well, a picture speaks a thousand words, so see the photos attached. Same thing happens for the shower area. See photos.

Fred installed a handrail onto the existing one which was too wide for me to hold on especially after my recent injury.

He is very friendly and compassionate. Having learned about my injury he tried to come as soon as possible.

He is punctual and listened to my demands carefully and did a wonderful job. He even repaired my bathroom door free of charge!

My porch light was out and I didn't know whether it was the switch, wiring, or the fixture itself. Jay was very good with communicating, gave me different scheduling options, and was on time. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly; I would definitely reach out again for repair needs around my home

Fred came over to install two TVs for us. We weren't sure if we'd need to do a wall/ceiling combo or both on the ceiling were possible, but he was flexible and gave a price range before we set our appointment.

On arriving, he took a look at the TVs, the mounts, and asked me where I'd like everything. After finding the studs and doing some measurements, we ended up with my larger TV wall mounted and the smaller from the ceiling, which worked out great! Fred was polite, informative, thorough and made sure I was completely happy with the setup. He also checked in periodically to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Since we're renting, I didn't want anything toooo permanent or the cords hidden etc.

I'm really happy with the setup, as we now have room to play our dual game console/TV setup and keep the TVs out of the grasp of our 7mo old who also has space to crawl all over the living room.

I would 100% recommend Fred and plan to hit him up with any handyman needs I have in the future. :)

Jay did a great job with taking out moldy and old caulk in our bathroom stall and re-doing a fresh new one. His work is clean and the experience was hassle-free. He also fixed an issue with the shower door without me asking. Add to that his friendly demeanor! I would use his services any time going forward.

Upon reaching out on Yelp he asked me to reach out via text with details and so I did. Upon sending the details he asked me what city I was located in. Upon my response he immediately texts me ""I generally don't work in Hayward unless very specific work.

So...I'll need pics of things if you want to proceed""

I ask would he be able to provide an estimate from the pictures and his reply was ""that the point"" I'm not sure what his skill level is but his customer service communication needs work. I thought his replies were extremely rude especially when inquiring about particular services. I didn't even want to move forward after he told me he generally doesn't do work in my city. He's located in Fremont approximately 10 minutes away according to yelp. I wish him well with people in Fremont.

Lighting went out and needed repair. Jay responded quickly and was busy that day but offered to try to fix over phone first before coming in on the weekend. Guided me to fix my problem smoothly and promptly. Will call again for future problems!

Fred helped install two floodlight security cameras for us. One in the backyard and one in front of the garage. We are really happy with the work done and also with working with Fred was really great.
