Finding good help in the Bay Area is hard. I found Fred's Handyman Services on Yelp and gave him a try for an Electrical issue I had on a rental property and the whole process was great. Called, picked up right away, setup an appointment, showed up, found the issue (s) and fixed them. He was professional and up front. Even gave me an estimate ahead of time. He explained what to expect. Will definitely keep him on speed dial for future repairs.

I called Fred's Handyman Services to install a set of blackout drapes in a bedroom. Jay arrived on time, keeping me posted on his arrival status. He looked over the job, checking what exactly should be done, and where -- checking my measurements and preparations. The installation went very well, and he even fixed some holes that weren't in the right place. It all went smoothly. The drapes look great. I'm pretty picky, and was very pleased.

He's dependable, friendly, very skilled, and very conscientious. I'll be calling him back for a bunch of things around the house.
