I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt the need to warn others of Freddy,s Air Condition and Electric
. My experience here was not what I expected. From the moment I reached out, I felt like I was being pushed into decisions I wasn't ready to make. The pressure to ""act fast"" or risk losing out was relentless -- like they were more interested in closing a deal than actually helping me find the right fit.

What really bothered me, though, was how some of the information I was given didn't quite line up when I double-checked things myself. It's one thing to be enthusiastic -- it's another to stretch the truth to make a sale. I left the conversation feeling uneasy, like I had just dodged a bullet.

If you're looking for someone who values honesty and takes the time to understand your needs, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Trust your gut.

I contacted Freddy to install a 240v Tesla charger and an additional 120v outdoor outlet. He was done in less than two hours and everything worked perfectly.

Freddy was quick to respond to all my questions, showed up on time and cleaned up nicely.

His prices were fair and I will definitely reach out again when I need additional electrical work.

I called Freddy on an Sunday night and was pleasantly surprised that he picked up the phone and how professional he was. I had a tenant and an Air Conditioner on the fritz and Freddy was able to be there at 8:00 on Monday morning. My AC system was quite new and a bit touchy to deal with but Freddy stayed with it until it worked perfectly. Very good service, Very good price and a nice guy. We'll use him again.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company. I called the company same day (Monday) and spoke with Freddy (Alfredo) who said he would come by on his way back from a call in San Diego Tuesday early evening . At 4pm the next day received a call from my warranty company saying that the technician was not able to make it till Friday. Wtf. Now I'm back in the que waiting for another technician and a new 48 he window. If I would have known he wasn't going to make it I could have called the warranty company right away to re-assign me. Now I lost 2 days..
