Franmore Electric is absolutely amazing! The team is reliable, super fast, responsible, responsive and they do incredibly high quality work! I feel so lucky that we found them, and will absolutely work with them again and again for all of our electrical needs.

Franmore Electric assisted on a major renovation for my owner-occupied multi-family property here in SF. As they were on-site over a period of several months I got to see firsthand how well they perform and wanted to post this review.

The agreed upon work was finished timely, the job came in under budget, all the permits were handled successfully. Alfredo communicated well as the work progressed. Helpful expert tips were provided to me all along the way as well.

Anyhow, am very pleased with Alfredo and his team. True professionals and easy to work with.

Highly recommend!

Can't get these guys to return my calls to come and fix some lights they installed that aren't working. Maybe 2 stars is generous.

Don't use these Franmore Electric. I hired them to secure a service entrance wire holder that had come off the roof.

The problem with Franmore Electric, is they don't own up to the job. They'll quote you for new hardware, re-use your old hardware, apply a patch job that falls apart after a matter of weeks, and they won't come back to fix it.

They quoted and charged for the following:

Provide New Holder and Secure the Conductor from PG&E to the House Racer.

Instead of providing a new solution, they re-used the old wire holder and placed it in a less secure location, on the fascia board. I was expecting they would secure to something sturdy, like the mast.

A few weeks later, the wire holder and trim had started to pull away from the house.

I emailed Alfredo who said ""I will try to pass bay some time this week and see what is the best way to fix it.""

One year has passed and these guys never came back to fix it, and even worse, the wire holder has pulled several inches away, bending both trim and flashing with it. I'm now looking at fixing the damage their sloppy re-location job caused.

Despite repeated inquiries, I've only received empty promises, and am left with more damage then they were originally hired to fix.

**** Update - 11/14/16 ****
I'm updating Franmore from one to two stars for effort. I finally called another electrician, Wire Works, and after a matter of hours, the job was done correctly. I finished the siding repair myself, but my roof is still tweaked. Not long after all repairs were done, I walk outside to see Franmore mounting a ladder to my house. I told the guy it was too late, and I had someone else do the job.

It's too bad it takes a negative review to get Franmore moving.

These guys are awesome. I had a room that electricity didn't work in. Alfredo sent out Phil to handle this. Turned out there was a bad wire between an electrical outlet and a light switch. Normally this would mean cutting wall to place a new wire but Phil figured out a way to put the wire through the crawlspace under the house. Turned a job that could have cost thousands into a job that just some hundreds. Very well done.

Review update!

Alfredo and his team came to our rescue again! After doing an amazing job with our kitchen in 2014 we asked Alfredo and his team back to help us with an emergency remodel. They wired 2 new bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a hallway and a pantry. I now have a sensor that detects the humidity level in our bathrooms and turns on the fan - perfect for Pacifica! So happy and we will be using them again so sure!

Absolutely fabulous! Couldn't be more pleased. Fast, reliable and fair. Alfredo the owner came by to estimate and had great idea's, as well as options for upgrades to our home. He gave us good advice on how to proceed and worked within our budget. Hugo who has been with Franmore since 2006, worked in tandem with Alfedo. Both were very nice to be around. Even supplied some parts that were beyond my scope and worked with things we supplied. We are having them back to do more work to enhance our home.

I read all the great reviews about Franmore so I went on their website and filled out their contact form with the details of the project I have in mind. A few days passed without hearing back, so I called and spoke with a man who apologized for not seeing my message. He told me that he would call me back to schedule an appointment to come by and provide an estimate for the work. He never came by nor did he ever call back. I tried calling again a couple of days later and left a voicemail message. Never got a return call. I tried calling back *again* a couple of days after that, and got their voicemail again, so I finally gave up.

I was committed to giving this company a chance to earn my business, but they failed me not once, twice, or even three times, but four times! I still have never heard from them a week later. Their lack of professionalism and communication will be why I never call them for business again.

I cannot say enough about Franmore. Alfredo is a wonderful, reliable person who puts you at ease and reassures you about any electrical issue you are having trouble with. He does not let time go by, he takes care of your situation asap. Superb job, honest (will even recommend you get a second opinion for your own peace of mind) and is true to his estimate. Thank you Franmore, you are our go-to person for electrical needs!

We had such a great experience with Franmore Electric...and had a terrible experience with Dave Damarco of Wire Works - Pacifica Dave of WireWorks stated the time he would come by to give us an estimate which we agreed upon but he came several hours late to give me an estimate. He said he was performing a big remove for a very high profile clientele and was too busy to call us. The job we wanted him to perform was small and I did tell him in detail what the job was before he decided to come by to give us an estimate. When he was at my home, he kept asking us if there was more repairs he can perform to make it worth his while. He kept walking around our home, pacing hurriedly. We said we didn't have anything else he can do except the requested work. We told him if he feels the job is too small, then please do not accept it. He said he needed the job as ""lunch money"" and he said he would return that same day. We waited and waited. We called, left messages When he finally came back late in the evening - we asked him if he was sure he can perform the work so late at night. We said it's too dark and he would need more light to perform the work. He said he would use his flashlight and if we didn't mind burning some candles. We were just feed up and we asked him to leave. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional and even bizarre. Does anyone know his last name and his true address - we are taking him to small claims court because he broke an item of ours.
