I needed some exposed wires appropriately taken care of. Frank was quick to answer and got the job done within two days. Frank took photos of the problem and explained what he needed to do prior to completing the work. Frank also replaced outlets that were poorly wired.
He is more than fair on pricing and explains the issues that he needs to take care of in simple terms for those of us without knowledge on electricity.

Frank contacted me in a timely manner in which I appreciated. I explained my project to him and he gave me options and explained the pros/cons for each option. Frank came out to the property ontime to conduct a site visit.

Frank gave me a reasonable quote and setup an appt asap. Although I was at wk when the wk was performed my hubby told me that the crew was professional and courteous. I was excited to see the final product which were outdoor landscaping lights.

Wow! This is my second home Frank & Oscar has worked on. Oscar arrived right on time to replace 4 outdated chandelier lights from the 80's. The job was completed with no mess and they hauled away the ugly brass lights. Frank noticed my dimmer switch was installed incorrectly in my new home and fixed it free of charge. Frank is a very honest and genuine guy. He thoroughly explains everything to you in a words you can understand.

He also provides recommendations based on what you need even when those recommendations may cause him to not make as much money. He isn't about making money, he's about creating a lasting impression on you and your residence. Franks team that he employs is very professional and courteous.

They pay attention to meticulous detail - they don't step in your home with bare shoes, they use covers - additionally, they will even remove their shoes completely if you require that.

Essentially Frank caters to you because he doesn't see you as just a customer, he treats you like family. I really appreciate Frank for all that he did in my home.

He installed 6 recess lights in my living room, a vent and vanity in my bathroom, several outlets throughout my home, and garage. He even went ahead on his own (no cost) tested a few of my outlets to make sure that they were working properly.

He really goes the extra mile and it's very much appreciated. He did such a great job my neighbor hired him the same day to help install some fans.

She would write her own review however, she's 75 and doesn't use this app at all. She was very pleased at how quick he helped, and how inexpensive it was as she received quotes from
Home Advisor and were pricey.

Very pleased! Frank and his crew were nothing short of prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable in their field. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Frank and his team were friendly and personable. They answered all my questions and happily provided proof of license and insurance when I requested it.
