as i promised the company , i will share my experience wherever i see their name
worst experience ever i had with service provider, they were hired to fix the AC unit in one of my properties, technician was rude was not able to provide CLEAR diagnosis for what is needed and charged for Family SERVICE PLAN and FREON, i called twice requesting the diagnostic report for the system , NO ANSWER ,totally ignorant
Two weeks after, the tenant called me very irritated because the system not working again, and stated that the technician told them the unit is old and time to change,
I called the company inquiring how something like this happens, TURNING THE TENANT AGAINST THE LANDLORD ,just to have a big job, and asked them to check the system again,
BTW no report received yet , just estimate for jobs (coil, coil plus motor, motor no coil, OR NEW SYSTEMS), and for sure the estimates are very manipulative , YOU NEED TO READ IT CAREFULLY or have someone else helping you to understand what in between lines.
The real surprise, when i sent couple of AC companies and they provided me the report that showed that THERE IS NO LEAK AND MOTOR WORKING PERFECTLY, and they doubt if FRANK gay add freon initially.
So as small business owner , i have to say that think twice or three times before you hire them and get second and third opinion after they leave because you have to and you will be surprised.......

Wish I had read these reviews first. Was totally scammed today into paying $717 for parts I didn't need, only to be told that they didn't fix the problem and I would need to pay $10,000 to replace the unit. Had another ac serviceman (owner of his company) come out at 9:30pm on a SATURDAY, fix the problems and charge me ZERO dollars. Will never ever use or recommend Frank Gay again. Period. SCAM AND BEWARE. (The servicemen are only paid to upsell you products you don't need.)

We spent hours and money with this company. They took video of the inside of our lines and told us everything was broken and needed to be replaced to the tune of $103,000! Both fresh water and sewer. It was a real sales job, yet thankfully, unsuccessful.
Plus, we had a very hard time getting the videos we paid for from them. They said we would only be putting a ""bandaid on it"" cleaning it only because of the damage.
But then, Thank God for Lapis Plumbing and Yelp! Projects. Lapis said all the pipes needed were cleaning, no collapses or damage and new high powered toilets that push it through easier ( forgot the name). $2-3000 later all has been fixed and we haven't had any trouble since! Such a terrible thing to try to do to poor unsuspecting homeowners. Don't use them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Extremely hot day in Kissimmee last week and my AC was blowing hot air. Reached out to my warranty company Wednesday night for the repair but the contractor assigned to me was not able to come until Saturday. Out of desperation I reached out to Frank Gay services and they came Thursday morning. Unfortunately, they looked and poked around but only offered me a new unit or a very expensive repair. No attempt at all to help alleviate the immediate need. I was left $89 lighter and still hot as hell. Ended up booking a hotel because 2 out of us 4 have asthma and I have a couple of small dogs that were panting the whole time.

Fast forward to Saturday and the company assigned to us saved the day. Quickly got to work in addressing my main concern and then we spoke about what to do going forward in my now cool living room. Very grateful for having American Home Shield and Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating in my corner. Great save.

Damages and a poorly done job on install, but they came out to fix it.
Was told that someone would come inspect their work, I waited 5 days before I emailed, and when I hadn't heard back on day 6 I called and told them there were problems and damages got a call back on day 10, and they asked for photos, then followed up to schedule fixes.

They didn't remove my original concrete slab, instead they placed a bigger pad on top, not centered, left hanging over the edge on one side, they also cracked the concrete in half, when they came back they put soil and sod around it to hide the crack and unevenness.
Drain pipe and wires were installed at the side of my yard. In the way of mowing, and visible from the street, they moved the drain but the pipe with the wires are still there, said they couldn't move the other one.
While sealing the return they bent the filter door, but fixed it when they came back.
Plywood on top of return wasn't flush and not sealed, leaving gaps for bugs, they changed the trim, and sealed everything up upon return.
Didn't properly seal the air handler, and kinked the pipes running in badly. All fixed and replaced upon return.

Hopefully this was just a one time thing, the guys that came out for the fix were both really nice and helpful, they were so polite and made sure the job was done to satisfaction before leaving.

Please read the reviews here carefully. This company boarders on prosecution under the RICO Act. After receiving a quote with the plumber sending specific photos to his manager. I agreed to pay to much to have an in line hot water heater installed.

The plumber removed the tank heater mounted and installed the in line heater. The electrician then came(remember they already had the old ho water heater) and told me 1st new breakers would need to be added then 30 minutes later put me on the phone with his boss who told me that the electrical service must be replaced.

The good news is unidentified electrical issues where found in the replacement.

Over 3 months later after I thought they actually did the right thing with $5000 in charges. Without signature the charged my account for an additional $2000.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews and find someone that has an ounce of integrity. I am sorry that 1 star is required because this crime family didn't earn the star.

Bait and switch. They try to get you pay excessive fees before someone is even sent out to your residence. Stay far from these crooks

We paid 39 dollars for someone to come out to give us a diagnostic and the person indicated that the money was just for him to come to the residence. This was a waste of money, and it is unfortunate you don't have individuals who take pride in their work and a company that value profit over customer satisfaction.
