I hired Frank Gay to install a new AC unit in my condo, but the experience was disastrous. One of their employees stood on my water heater while attempting to weld the new unit, inadvertently triggering the sprinklers and flooding my apartment and the four units below. Although Frank Gay's customer service promptly advised me not to file a claim, assuring me they would handle all repairs since they were insured, it has been nearly three months, and the work is still incomplete. The repair work completed was of very poor quality, and now Frank Gay is refusing to finish the necessary repairs or reimburse me for my expenses. I would strongly advise against using their services and regret ever trusting them with my repairs.

DO NOT Use This Company !!!!!!!!!do your research on pricing . they take advantage of the elderly . $7000 charge on hydrojet drain cleaning Average cost is $600-1300 for average home.. . and the drains were not cleaned also charge for ptrap repalcement . but didn't replace .. YOU have been warned!!!!!!

I had a plumber from frank gay do some work in my home today. Howard was great. Very knowledgeable , neat and efficient. He wasn't able to fix my pool/solar issue but my water pressure issue he took care of quickly. He's very pleasant snd I recommend him for any plumbing needs. 10 stars.

I had it fixed yesterday and for a fraction of what you suggested. I'm highly suspicious of your services and ethics. I had a diagnosis for less then your rate and it was much more thorough and the repair cost me only a couple hundred bucks, compared to your suggested $1k-$3k and that's ""if"" you find the problem! Not to mention what she said it would likely be or one of the likely sources wasn't even in the ballpark for what it turned out to be thank God this guy Mark did a great job with his diagnosis! The only thing good that came out of this is I will be recommending someone else to all my friends.

Shady business practices! Told me I had low freon but the Tech ""didn't know how to do a leak detection test"" so his solution was go ""overfill"" the Freon until someone could come back out Monday to check it again. On top of that being a terrible plan, they wanted to charge me for ANOTHER visit to come check his work. Invited him to leave and called a different company. Turned out the Freon was fine the whole time.

We had a difficult to diagnose plumbing leak issue and we were fortunate to have Mr. Angel Bonilla come out to our house. He pinpointed the trouble area very quickly and it is now fixed. He also was extremely flexible with looking at a couple of other minor issues for us and those were dealt with to my very confident satisfaction, including a very gummed up garbage disposal and a toilet issue that has given us problems for quite some time. He was honest and straightforward with us throughout and I never felt pressured. Plumbing problems are stressful but Angel was very reassuring with his obvious skill and knowledge. Thanks!

From making the appointment to the end of the service call, everyone was professional, courteous and everything went smoothly.

What I appreciated the most was the amount of information that Keith Robinson provided while he was here. The job took about 3 1/2 hours and he kept me informed every step of the way.

It's one thing to come and complete a service call, but it's a different level of professionalism when I feel much more informed about my house, which is something that I didn't expect.

I trust the information, the workmanship and overall am thankful that I chose this company and had this service provider. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Do not reach out to them for anything. They have ""technicians"" come to your home and lie to you that your AC is damaged and can't be fixed and then sell you a new AC at double the cost. Their ""technicians"" are incentivized to sell you new AC units because they make commissions from each sale they make. They are not technicians but only sales people. Their employee Estaban lied to me saying that my AC wasn't able to be fixed when it really was.

hired Frank Gay Services for a small job - the plumber handled the job horribly - My HOA manager told me that the way they went about was wrong and caused a leak in the wall.
They also significantly overcharge - their price is double or sometimes triple compared to other service providers.

After I raised my issue with the management - I was told the management would call me back yet they did not call.

This will be my first and last time hiring them- I hope whoever reads this comment will not make the same mistake I did.

I was happy they could come out to fix our outside faucet last Sunday when the faucet was gushing water into our yard. Also had no problem paying $129 service fee it was a Sunday, but an additional $525, to replace in less than an hour seems a bit much. I didn't have much choice since it needed to be fixed.

I will not call them or recommend anyone to them.
