STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Do not reach out to them for anything. They have ""technicians"" come to your home and lie to you that your AC is damaged and can't be fixed and then sell you a new AC at double the cost. Their ""technicians"" are incentivized to sell you new AC units because they make commissions from each sale they make. They are not technicians but only sales people. Their employee Estaban lied to me saying that my AC wasn't able to be fixed when it really was.

hired Frank Gay Services for a small job - the plumber handled the job horribly - My HOA manager told me that the way they went about was wrong and caused a leak in the wall.
They also significantly overcharge - their price is double or sometimes triple compared to other service providers.

After I raised my issue with the management - I was told the management would call me back yet they did not call.

This will be my first and last time hiring them- I hope whoever reads this comment will not make the same mistake I did.

I was happy they could come out to fix our outside faucet last Sunday when the faucet was gushing water into our yard. Also had no problem paying $129 service fee it was a Sunday, but an additional $525, to replace in less than an hour seems a bit much. I didn't have much choice since it needed to be fixed.

I will not call them or recommend anyone to them.

told me I had a pipe leak in kitchen. there wasn't! So my floor needs replacement. said they would discount a new water heater. they didn't! Use a small privately owned company. Frank Gay is NOT worth the high prices they charge. they also never scheduled the mandatory inspection

Carlos and nick were professional and courteous they finished a three week job in two I recommend this company to anyone who wants it done rite and timely. And do yourself a favor ask for Carlos and nick if you need it done correctly.
The work on the home was changing of plumbing and drainage system in the home to city sewage system I was totally happy with the work done.

Frank Gay installed a hot water heater at my house in a timely fashion. The county inspector came by a few days later and failed the inspection. I have called Frank Gay to have them coordinate with the county and or fix the problem with the failed inspection. I have had a terrible time getting someone to come back to the house to fix the problem with the inspection. Everyone on the phone says they will help but no one follows through. Terrible experience. I have spoken to multiple managers and no satisfaction. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

I had Frank Gay's People to come out to give me a price on two toilet replacements. The man who came stunk the high heaven of cigarettes. He looked at both units then said he needs to ""go check"" on something. Came back with a 2800 dollar price. I said god no that is crazy. He said let me make a call, came back saying that he could do it for 1800. Again i said that is crazy. He ran through a practice speech about the cost to run the company and he is just he worker not the management. I been a contractor for years, but now just to tired and admittedly too lazy. This is maybe an hour worth of work. I called to roto router, 550 out the door. Pound the sand Frank Gay.

In January I had a plumbing leak repaired which eventually led to a decision to repipe the house. That took place the end of February. In mid March when Frank Gay sent the dry wall repair technician, we discovered a pipe had been missed during the repiping. I immediately called the company. That was on March 14. I have made repeated calls and each time the office staff takes my message and forwards it to someone in management. As of today, April 4 no one has had the courtesy to speak with me. Yet they were quick to bill me the $9200. The gentlemen who did the repairs and then the repiping were nice and I think did a good job. Management has dropped the ball. Do you homework when having anything done at your home.

Frank Gay should be investigated for price gouging. I called to have a garbage disposal installed. The tech first tried to sell me a $7,000 water heater. The cost of the disposal was $1200. I bought one for $125 and installed it in less than an hour. They are not a repair company. The guy actually asked when I wanted the disposal installed. He wasn't even there to fix anything, just to quote a price.

Heres a photo of their pricing which they were extremely dishonest about. Do not work with this company. Absolute scam artists who happen to have a nicely branded truck. Aside from that truck that you see everywhere, this is a 10/10 garbage business.
