before deciding to hire this company I did ask, ""Are you licensed and insured.'' 'Do you guaranteed your work. He said yes and that he's been doing his for many years. I told him that I wanted someone to come out that was licensed he said ok. The employee that named out was very young so I asked him are you licensed he said no. I then asked Mr. Fox and told him that I made it clear that I wanted someone licensed and he said he trained him and that he has been working for a few years and that he would guaranteed his work and that he has had no issues with his guy. I have had multiple fans, flood lights and light fixtures put in with this company. 2 out of 3 fans when the fan part is being used when turning off the fan the light in the fan flickers. I have contacted the Mr.Fox immediately. He told me when he has time he would come out and look at it. So I've been texting him several Times and he didnt response to my text in regards to the fan except for the two times that he said he would come out when he's not so busy after that he totally ignored my text. I then emailed him and he did response asking me to give him over 100 to come out then stated that I put in cheap fans and that he told me about that so I would need to buy new fans and then he would charge me few hundreds for that. First of all he never told me about putting in cheap fans and I never had that conservation with him and my fans aren't cheap. The same fans are in two other rooms that was put in from the builder when I bought this new house. I've had no issues with those fans. This is bad business on his part. Like a couple of electricians said it could be loose wires and that cab cause a fire. Both rooms are kids rooms. Its unfair that you cant stand by your work as a professional. But was so focus in the beginning of writing you a good review on google. I'm here writing the truth on here of my experience with Frank Fox. Shame on this company.
