our handyman referred us to frank. we rely on our handyman but our problem was in the breaker panel box and a licenced electrician with training was needed. he referred me to frank. i called at 7:45am with 1/3 of our home without power. he arrived with two family members and in 5 seconds he said the problem is not in the breaker panel but in the garden lights. in 25 minutes all the garden lights had been taken apart and better connections made and the problem was solved. it takes a very smary man to kknow in such a short time where the problem was. he did not try to sell me a bigger job. he is honest and is retired from the electric utility company so he has loads of experience and a quiet polite manner. he speaks english as well as you do as do his sons. highly recommend a family business of honest men. ca. licensed and bonded too.
