BEWARE!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Frank started a project at our office and quoted us a 2 week ETA... well we are 3-4 weeks in and project still isn't complete with no end in sight. Our office is a complete mess...Wiring left open everywhere, which I can't imagine is safe! Half of the rooms in our office don't have lights, he has a mess all over, he starts on one thing leaves that half done, then starts another thing and doesn't complete either...Ceiling panels are left open, All the lights in our warehouse don't turn on, he cut electricity to our air conditioner and has not repaired it. At first, it was the timer. Then, he opened up the AC control panel and just left it hanging... ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS with no air...in the summer heat!!! The worst part of all of this is he is terrible at communication. He'll send a text saying he is on his way but never arrives. He doesn't show up for days at a time and wont answer calls, texts, or emails. when he finally does show up he doesn't complete anything. Arrives between 9 and 10 and takes lunch at 11 or 12 and nothing gets done. To this very moment we have not received a reply of when he will be back... This type of work ethic is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Decided to try this guy because he quoted me a third of the price from other companies. The day he was scheduled to show up he texted me an hour and a half late that he had just woken up and was going to get ready to come and do the job. I told him he could still come and do the work but he never replied and, obviously, never showed up. Trust the reviews and just pay the extra cost for the true professionals.

On the 4th of July I sent out several messages to local electricians to install two outdoor outlets in the eaves of my home. To my surprise, Frank immediately responded and we spoke briefly on the phone. He explained to me he was in the process of moving from residential clients to commercial ones and had to tie up some loose ends on Sunday (July 5th) for the remainder of his clients but had some availability and could squeeze me in.

We talked over a price, and he asked me to send him a follow up text after our conversation so that he wouldn't forget. I did as he requested. The following day (Sunday July 5th) I hadn't heard from him so believing he may have forgotten I sent him a text asking him what time he would be coming by. His reply was that he wouldn't be coming to my home until the afternoon. I asked him if he had a specific time in mind and I received no reply.

Hours later I received a message stating he wouldn't be able to come by until 5 or 6 pm. He asked if that was okay and if not he could come back the following day (Monday July 6th) and complete the work for the same price. I told him it was no big deal to come later in the afternoon. I told him I knew he was busy and understood he was running late. At this point I said to myself ""hey I'm sure he's got a bunch of other clients, I'll try to be understanding cause I called him last minute etc etc"". 7 pm rolled around and I text frank asking him if he was still coming by.

I finally received a reply at 11:52 pm. He apologized for the lack of communication and would come by the following day to compete the work. He also explained he had an issue in Palmdale coming back where there was a fire and it caused him to waste time.

Fine. Okay. Life happens. I'm trying to be patient here. I reply within 5 minutes with ""what time will you be coming by"" and as of midnight on Tuesday July 7th I still haven't heard from him. An entire day and no response or even a message apologising. I am a huge proponent of giving people chances but after you blew me off twice Frank I thought the best I could do was let all the other people out there know you can't be trusted to be considerate of people and their lives. I wish you the best in your business. One word of advice though please learn to treat your potential customers better!

Frank wasted my Sunday. Supposed to show up at 11. Then he postponed 3 hours. Then he changed his mind and said he was on his way over. 3 hours later still no Frank. Starting over. Beware of responding to emails from help bids. Always read reviews. Turns out Frank is a terrible contractor.

Frank was quick to respond so I hired him after an agreed upon quote for our project. He no showed. Then he didn't respond. Finally responded and no showed a second time after I made arrangements to leave work early. Cost me. Should've read his reviews. I wish him the best and hope he fixes his issue.

NEVER, EVER EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS GUY! My fault for not believing in the negative reviews but let me tell you, they are right. This guy is a TOTAL FLAKE and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! And shame on me for trusting that he would do the right thing and giving him more chances than he deserved.

He responded quickly and gave me a quote, we had agreed on a time the next day and he never showed and didn't text me until 3 hours later, said he was on his way and wanted to come install recessed lights but it was already dark. Rescheduled for the next day, never texted or called, was allegedly at a ""big job."" Texted me 5 hours later when he knew I couldn't be there and I said, giving one more chance, that I wanted the first appointment tomorrow. He gave me 7 a.m. and said he'd be there and give me a discount. 7, 8, 9 o'clock and nothing. 9:30, I get a message:""I'll be free at 11 and have all day. Does that work for you?"" Are you kidding me?

Save yourselves the time. He wasted enough of mine over 3 days. My mistake for being too trusting and thinking people would be professional and want my business during a pandemic. Luckily, I had other offers.

First this guy missed the first installation appointment, but I'm still give him a chance and he did show up the for 2nd appointment.

No Show. Scheduled to come and replace ceiling fans since he was the best quote I had unfortunately he never showed up and didn't respond to my messages after we scheduled. It seems he is just unorganized since from other reviews this isn't the first time he has scheduled to do a job and did not show for them.

Francisco said he would come over Sunday at 6 pm to review and quote. No Show, but at 6 pm he did phone, so we discussed the work, he named a price, and said he'd be here Monday at 3 pm. No Show for Monday 3 pm, so I texted him. He said he'd be here at 6:30 pm that same day. No Show for 6:30 pm, but he texted he'd be here Tuesday 3 pm. No Show for Tuesday 3 pm, so I texted him. At 11 pm that night, he texted me that he'd be here Wednesday afternoon. No Show, and no reply to my texts since.

Even if he shows up for you, do you want someone like this doing electrical work on your house?

I am extremely happy that we found Frank on a Saturday. I have had 4 electricians come for bids and they wanted to put holes all over my house to find the electricity break. I lost power to half of my home. Frank answered the YELP with in minutes. He came on a Saturday evening and found the break within 1 hour with only 3 small holes. He repaired and now I have electricity through out my entire house. He is extremely professional and polite. I am so grateful to him. He will be my electrician here on out.
