Best all round electrician in San Diego. Frank Electric recently rewired our entire 1920 Craftsman ( original wires!) upgraded our panel to be solar ready and installed new outlets throughout. Responsive, attentive to detail, professional, thoughtful and competitively priced. We are repeat customers of Frank's and could not pile in the praise enough. He made time for a rather small job for us (hallway light install), but we had a time crunch because of getting that part of the house painted. It was a last minute ""let's-do-this"" idea, so we immediately emailed Frank on a weekend and asked to schedule within the next two weeks. He responded well within 12 hours, said he was booked, but still listened to the details of what we needed done and why we had the time crunch. I hate making last minute or time-restrained requests, and offered to accept any recommendations for other electricians if he schedule didn't allow, but that he was our first choice. The next day he came back and said he could do it on Monday. And it is perfect. The response, the customer service, the follow up and his skills and knowledge that he gives his customers is amazing. Of course that means he will always be very busy, so, unlike me, please be sure to schedule well in advance. You will not be disappointed!!

This is the electrician you have been looking for! Professional, personable, and a keen eye for detail. Hired Frank to install a new sub panel, edit & replace old wires, install new outlets as well as outdoor light fixtures. I'm also dry walling my garage so he moved all wires so it can be drywalled over. I'm very happy with his work. Electrical work is one of those areas I need a peace of mind with considering it's a potential fire hazard. I have absolute faith in Frank's skill and dedication to the craft. I hired Frank Electric to fix a bad GFCI outlet in my bathroom. I also wanted him to upgrade two lights to flush-mounted LED lighting in my dining and living room. He added two dimmer switches too. He was able to do the job promptly and got lights to match the ones already in the kitchen. I would hire him again for all my electrical needs in future. He was also mindful of Covid precautions and wore a mask. Sla'inte to Frank!

If you're looking for an electrician, LOOK NO FURTHER - Frank Electric is the best. The downstairs of our condo was not well-lit/very dark. We're in the process of a kitchen remodel so we figured now was the best time to install recessed lighting as well as swap out some old light fixtures (pendant lighting & a fixture over the kitchen table). Frank is a true professional. He was on time, friendly, personable & very knowledgeable. We had NO overhead lighting in our living room, so Frank had to route/install (whatever the proper lingo is lol) all of the wiring in the ceiling. We thought this would mean huge cuts out of our dry wall but he was able to do it with minimal cutting. He completely transformed our dark, dreary condo & made it light and bright! Without a doubt, we will be using Frank Electric again.

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home. We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does. He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests. Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it. Frank is an excellent communicator, does great work, shows up when he says he will, and is a really decent fellow.

We're hired him twice: first to run some new circuits and swap out some outlets. Second to install a brand new panel with 200A service.

Frank did a great job for us both times. With the panel, he took care of all the communication with the city, and was here for the inspection. Total turn-key service.
