Please be aware that foxbilt is untrustworthy and deceiving. They were hired by another realtor to come check out our panel for an inspection. They arrived early and my wife tried to accommodate the early arrival. Our realtor was on the way and did not want them to proceed until she arrived. When my wife told them that she had to leave for work and that they could not stay in the house unattended they weren't happy my wife apologized for the inconvenience but we've had problems in the past. Not long after she left the electricians called their boss lying about the situation and bolted. When my realtor contacted the office the guys on site completely fabricated stories to justify them walking off and even after they were told by the actual home owner to please stay out they went in our house against our wish and did what they wanted but of course they couldn't even do the job they were hired for. They can't follow simple instructions and when something doesn't go their way they lie and cry about it. Stay far away

Two electricians came twice to install a ceiling fan and again a week later to adjust it. But could not correct the wobble problem. I was told it was defective to return exchange it for another one. I found later one of five blades was attached the wrong way. But flipping it still did not solve the wobble. I finally returned the ceiling fan, went to the professionals and purchase a higher end fan. Their electrician, one man installed the ceiling fan with no problem, no wobble. He found that Foxbilt electricians cut corners to do their installation. They while removing my old defective ceiling fan, broke a screw in the ceiling base bracket. Instead of using a drill gun and forcing the screw out, they drilled a new hole in the ceiling. They attached the new fan bracket to this hole in the ceiling. It was screwed in with just a plastic sleeve to secure the screw more tightly. With the other screw attached to the base bracket made the ceiling fan unsteady and as a result probably caused the wobble. The weight of the fan only held by plastic sleeved screw was unprofessional. I hope they learn to do things more professionally and not cut corners. It was a expensive lesson for to hire the ceiling fan experts to do a job for something that is important and long lasting like a ceiling fan.

I don't normally do this but... The manager Jenny is probably the worst possible person to help you. From the moment she answered the phone she had an aggressive attitude and wouldn't let me get a word in. She tries shutting you down without ever even letting you be heard. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I am shocked.

Just called customer service/front desk for help. I guess the phone cut out and I called right back to a lady who doesn't appreciate her job. She yelled in the phone CAN""T HEAR YOU! CAN""T HEAR YOU! ok, not a problem, but she had an attitude like it was my fault she couldn't hear. I had no problem hearing her loud and clear. How rude!

If you need GOOD trustworthy electrical work, give these guys a call!! Everything I needed done was done at a fair price and he was straightforward with everything and did it professionally and cleanly. Definitely would hire again!

Foxbilt is no joke, they get the work done and their price is unbearable. Ed and his amazing team have assisted me on many occasions and I will call them back for all of my property repairs. Now with addition of Jenny it's even better. Mahalo plenty!
