I cannot speak highly enough of Jason and his team! From the moment I met him I could tell he was an honest and knowledgeable person. His prices are reasonable particularly considering the great service provided and he does not leave any stone unturned. We had an asbestos abatement (popcorn ceilings) in advance of the work done by FM maintenance and they came in to dry wall, paint, install can lights, install LVP flooring and trim, completely redo one bathroom and largely redo another. We continued to add to the original scope throughout the project and Jason took all of our requests in stride and moved mountains to fit in all of our requests extremely quickly. Everything from start to finish took about 4 weeks which is wildly impressive considering the scale. During the renovation, my husband broke his back in an accident and I was 5 months pregnant and Jason did everything he could to limit any additional stress on us. His team went the extra mile and moved our beds for us, installed extra fixtures/hardware for us, and had our home professionally cleaned so we could get settled as quickly as possible. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention how responsive Jason is. He replies very quickly via text and phone, even in the evenings and on the weekends. His communication is clear and always helpful. I will be calling Jason first for any future home projects and I highly highly recommend him (and already have to various friends!). Look no further for a contractor for your home project!!

Jason was so helpful and communicative in the process of having our bathroom redone from a leaky pipe from our upstairs neighbors shower. His guys went to work right after Thanksgiving and got the majority of the work done right before Christmas. They did a fantastic job with great attention to detail and giving us advise on some changes we needed to make due to physical constraints. We're so thrilled with the results! We will happily recommend them to anyone needing a remodel.

Honest. Reasonable. Reliable. Three words seldom used to describe contractors but in the case with Jason and his crew, the description aptly fits their services. I have used them on four different occasions already for two different properties, and in each instance, they did not disappoint. I seldom write reviews but this one is well deserved.

1. Craftsmanship. Their work is great. What seals the deal on the quality of their work is their willingness to retouch whatever you may not be satisfied with. They stand by the guarantee of customer satisfaction.

2. Communication. Jason is very quick to reply and he keeps his appointments! He is punctual and accessible.

3. Pricing. I first found FM maintenance on yelp after I had water damage. I interviewed several contractors and Jason provided the most reasonable quote so I decided to give him a shot. Since his first job, I have interviewed other contractors for different jobs like painting (I like to do my research) and his quote has always come out to be one of the more reasonable ones.

The only downside to writing this review is that others may find him and Jason and his crew will become less available:P But they absolutely deserve the business.

Ok, these guys are the bomb! My toilet has been slowly dying and just when I have guests it finally went down for the count. The timing couldn't be worse, and I reached out to multiple plumbers with no luck. Then I shoot a text to to FM Maintenance. Not only did he respond quickly, he was able to give me a very fair quote over the phone. His guys picked up the exact model I requested from Home Depot, and had it installed within 5 hours of my first contact text. I couldn't be more thrilled! Oh, and he gave me a service call window and they arrived right on time!

Jason was very communicative to myself and my husband about our needs. The gentleman who came to out house was Efram (sorry if I misspelled) and was very professional and fixed what we needed in a timely manner. We have used this company many times and they are always on time as well. Will continue to keep using this company should the need arise!

I wish I could give the company 10 stars. The owner Jason returned my call within minutes. During the call, I texted him a few pics of what needed to be done and from those, he was able to quote the project, which I accepted.
Jason scheduled Efrain and Alex within 2 days to start the project. Stellar guys. During the project, the other owner, Charles came out to check on the guys and make sure things were going smoothly.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for quality electrical work at reasonable pricing.
