Thank you Francisco for ur knowledge and solving our problem. Also to mention Francisco called attention to smelling gas while in the attic. I called Gas co and they came out. Small leak in tubing was found. Repair made and gas co came back out to check if done and repair made. Gas turned back on. Thank u Francisco for telling us u noticed gas smell before this could have turned out to be a disaster.

I wish I could rate higher. We were left with a mess by a prior painting company we had hired that over promised, then did poor work. Jason and his crew came to our rescue, fitting us in when they could, which we completely understood and had absolutely no problem with. They fixed all the problems the prior company left us with, and more for us to help us get our home ready to sell. Plus very reasonable rates. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Jason can work with a vision and facilitate it, his team of professionals keep high standards and execute the guidelines provided by Jason. FM has remodeled a 1979 (carpeted) bathroom, with tile & a beautiful vanity that I had upcycled from a chest of draws- they worked with me to make sure it worked how I wanted it! Now FM Maintenance has remodeled my master bedroom- I have 2 more rooms after this is finished. I have will continue to work with FM Maintenance. We worked with Jason and his team when we had a leak in our main water line that caused us to rip out our drywall to repair it. He was excellent. He responded to our questions in a timely manner, and he also helped us catch an additional leak. He also addressed all our concerns about finishing the job as quickly as possible. Within a week, he was able to fix our second leak, replace our drywall and paint the wall. He was busy with other projects, but he made it point to check-in on us daily.
He also brought in fans to make sure the leak was completely dry, and at our request... sprayed our interior walls with anti-mold treatment. He never tried to up-sell us anything, and we thought his final price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him and his team again and highly recommend him for any repair.

Jason is my nominee for Contractor of the Year. We had water damage-- not an emergency, but definitely cause for serious concern -- after the recent rains, and after looking at Yelp Reviews, we decided to go with FM Maintenance. I texted Jason, he said he was booked up six weeks in advance, but because he was working on a job in the neighborhood, he came over and spent more than half an hour. Because the van he was using didn't have a sufficiently long ladder he was unable to do as thorough an examination as he wanted to do, but he was pretty sure he knew where the leak was located. This was confirmed the next day when a subcontractor he recommended found the source of the leak where Jason said it probably was.

Jason recommended several subcontractors for the problems we had, and every one we've used has been first-rate. Contractors are under a lot of pressure due to the recent storms, but using Jason's name has gotten them to come almost immediately.

We realize in recommending him so highly that we run the risk that the next time we need him, he'll still be booked up six weeks in advance -- but in an era where people try to get by with shoddy work and overpriced work at that, Jason is a rare exception. We're recommending him with the greatest of enthusiasm to all our friends.

We worked with Jason to fix the drywall in our ceiling after a leak. He came out with a foreman to inspect and give an estimate. During the job, the foreman came out with two other guys who did the actual work.

Considering all the people involved, FM may be more than the just-a-guy-with-a-ladder handyman (I can't say for sure since I didn't actually get another quote). But ultimately, I'm glad we went with them. They arrived on time, finished on time, and did an excellent job. I can't even tell where the old drywall ends and the new starts. Most importantly, they went to great lengths to protect my home and leave it clean. They created a plastic bubble for their work. When they left there was no dust or anything any where. Considering, we have small children this was very important.

I'd easily use them again.
