Early Friday afternoon I was given the number for this business without any prior business/personal relationship. Terry promptly took my call and came out the same afternoon after a very budy day. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a true problem solver! I will always use him going forward as well as confidently give him referrals. Thank you, Terry!

BTP (before the plague), I sent out bid requests (with pictures) to at least 15 advertised Napa electricians. My requested jobs were not big (light switch replacements, fixture replacements, etc.). Only 4 electricians showed an interest in my request. Three of them offered exorbitant job-length times and hourly rates. One of the three was out-and-out rude. Four Star Electric (707) 224-9561 was the only one offering an EXTREMELY reasonable rate. As the shelter in place took hold, Terry Litle had to delay his services for a few weeks, but he kept in touch with me during the wait. He eventually arrived to scope out the job (wearing a mask) and completed the job in a couple of hours. He even offered a final rate BELOW his original estimate. Because I was so pleased with his work and the fact that he had kept in touch with me, I refused his offer and paid a little more than his original bid estimate! If the need arises, I will look no further than Four Star. Thanks Terry!

When I remodeled my house my contractor suggested Terry for all my electrical work. He was fantastic!! He was always on time, made me feel like I was his most important job he had going (even though I knew he was incredibly busy) and I never felt rushed, even though I had a lot of questions.
A couple years later when I put my addition on, I knew I would not want to work with anyone but Terry as my electrician. He helped me think of things for lighting my room and bathroom I never would have thought of. He was such an asset to me and helping me with my design! He was always honest and upfront, and I could not recommend him enough!!

Four Star Electric should change its name to Five Star Electric, because Terry Litle is THE BEST. We were introduced to him five years ago when we embarked on the first of what became four projects to renovate our Napa home. Terry was fantastic to work with. He is very detail oriented and thoughtful, often coming up with useful suggestions. Twice we had challenges re how to accomplish something we wanted to do where the solution wasn't obvious, and Terry studied the issues and stuck with it doggedly until he found great solutions. His work is impeccable, and his personality and demeanor are terrific - what a great guy. We lost our house in the Napa fires - two weeks after completing the last of our renovations! Terry not only checked on us, but quickly agreed when I asked if he'd work on the rebuild. He has been a terrific asset during the rebuilding project in the course of doing extensive electrical work. Many great suggestions and tremendous attention to detail.

One other example of what a great person Terry is - we introduced him to a friend a few years ago, for whom he did great work. Then that friend had some serious health issues (thankfully now resolved). He was very touched when Terry came to the hospital to visit him and offer support.

Terry is a very dedicated and talented electrician, his charges are quite reasonable, and he's a great person with whom to work. My wife and I could not recommend him more highly.

I can only speak from experience, we hired Terry based on a recommendation and we were shocked that he took the money and ran. Let me explain, we hired him and paid him only to find out that he installed a box that blocks a door. When we brought it to his attention he acted like a child and said you didn't tell me there was a door there. OMG, he is the one that used the double garage doors to get to the outside of the house where the box was going. He doesn't take responsibility for his actions. Accidents happen and it's understandable, but a honest person would admit and fix it. I'm the homeowner and certainly not an expert in electrical. I have a text from him that says he will come back and move the box but instead he threw a fit and ran off with our money. So buyer beware, not an honorable man/business here. Very upset how he treated me too.
