four Ace did a fantastic job of installing me a new panel. I'm super happy with their work and the professionalism throughout the project. communication was clear and their work was very meticulous.

I asked for an estimate to replace my existing outside electric panel. The panel currently is 200 amp. After speaking with the tech that showed me what needed to be done just to swap out the panel with a newer one. I felt pretty good about this contractor. Until I got there estimate what a surprise $6k+.I immediately declined. I thought $3800 from another contractor was to high for needed to be done. I'm not a electrician, but I do consider myself knowledgeable and can most any handyman type work. This company must be out of there minds to charge this much monies for needled to be done. Even if permits are required and cost $600. SMUD doesn't charge to come out to turn power off and on after panel swap is Completed. I'm still shocked. would not recommend just on the estimate for what needed to be done.

There were some areas of the house that the electricity no longer worked. We paid a previous electrician to troubleshoot and attempt to repair it. After two trips out and $1,000 later, he couldn't fix it as it needed to be rewired from the panel and he doesn't do that. Really?

So I contacted Four Ace Electrical Services...

Leo came out and I explained what was going on. He took pictures and notes about what he saw and what needed to be done and they came back a few days later and rewired 3 new circuits from the panel to the kitchen, garbage disposal and the bathroom. Now everything works as it should! They did a great job for a reasonable price and he patched the holes the previous guy left behind.

The next time that I have an issue, I'll call Four Aces them first!

I reached out to them for some electrical work that I needed done. Out of the 5 companies I reached out to, only 2 responded and only Armando from 4 Ace actually called me and sent out a Technician for an estimate. He worked with me and gave me 2 different estimates. The price turned out to be a bit more than we wanted to spend at this time however, when we are ready to have the work done I will DEFINITELY reach out to them again. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional way Armando took care of me and his knowledge of what needed to be done. I would recommend giving them a try if you're in the market for any electrical work.

This company replied to my request for a quote almost immediately and showed up ready to complete the repairs as soon as I could allow them to. They were timely and kept me informed each step of the way. Repairs were done correctly and they even sent me pictures of the damage for my insurance company. I would highly recommend.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. The recent storm knocked our power out on a Tuesday evening. Wednesday night comes and SMUD finally shows up only to tell us that our main breaker outside is completely broken--something that can happen with really old breakers like ours (midtown house fom the 1940's). Well we're now 24 hours without power and SMUD says nothing can happen until you get an electrician, then a permit and then an inspection. Well this company worked endlessly for us, truly they were emailing/messaging us early in the morning and late at night giving updates and gathering more info to make this happen quickly.

Eventually, on Thursday night after 48 hours without power they let us know that the city can't do an inspection until Monday. This was devastating news as our house was 50 degrees inside and Covid kind of limits where we could safely stay for the weekend. Early Friday morning they message us that they got a same day inspection and will be over in 30 minutes. Poor Leo and his colleague are out in the cold and rain waiting for SMUD to show up for over an hour. Eventually SMUD shows up and they both Zoom with the city inspector and within 15 minutes we finally had power.

The price was not fun but that had nothing to do with the company as replacing a main breaker will always be expensive regardless of who you call. Bernadette and Leo truly saved us and we are so deeply grateful for the time and energy they put into our situation. When we need to replace our entire electrical panel we will definitely be coming back to them.

We have been long-time customers and think Four Ace is the absolute best. They helped us at our first house and now at our second. We will continue to use them as long as we live in the area. So many different types of contractors really drop the ball on service, trustworthiness, and follow-through. I wish we could clone these guys and Bernadette, because she is like a wizard at admin, and then give the clones different skills. They are also kind to each other, and patient, which is rare.

In 2011 Leo did an excellent job of wiring outside lights and outlets for or back yard.

We recently had to have Four Ace out to fix a problem caused by a break in the wiring on a neutral line. The problem left us with no power in both of our bathrooms and parts of our kitchen. It was an emergency and Four Ace came the next morning. It took a while to find and repair, but in the process they found a few items done by another contractor that did not meet code. Leo showed them to me and repaired them also.

At all times, the electricians wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers to protect us and themselves from COVID 19 transmisson.

I would recommend them for fair prices, great service, and professionalism.
