So far so good. Shawn seems to know what he's doing and shows up as planned. They charge hourly so there should be no surprises. The rates seem reasonable to me and I've hired many contractors over the past year. They'll be doing some more work for me, and hopefully it will continue to go smoothly. They'll only work when you are at home, so keep that in mind.

Called on Tuesday morning about 9 AM. Had a technician out by 11AM. Problem solved and technician out by Noon. Few phone calls to tell us that the person was close were helpful. Charges were reasonable for the work performed. I would call this company again in the future.

Shawn was the technician that came over and he was really helpful and professional. we wanted a cable from the laundry room (un-used large load outlet) extended to the outside wall for a ceramic kiln.... unfortunately the outlet wasn't the right one for the kiln's usage, but he had plenty of other options.... i wanted something safe and he was all about safety and didn't try to swindle us on anything.... really appreciate a good honest, trustworthy house-call employee/ company.

Same day response was nice, but they work by the hour. They only take cash or check. Left cut wires and did not clean up. But since I was paying by the hour I guess that's alright.Would not recommend using them.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I was going to hire them to do a job and they told me I could save $200 if I did it myself by doing it different than the way I had planned. It worked out Great! Thanks FORWARD ELECTRIC!

I had a serious problem with a 220 volt line and needed to get quality help quickly. From the appointment making to the final service I could not find fault with any aspect. Hard to find an electrician you feel comfortable with, but these folks are A+

Shawn did an excellent job in fixing some wiring issues in my house. He listened carefully to the list of items that needed attention and then got on with the job. At the end he patiently went through the invoice which was clear & detailed before asking for the total owed. Many service people just provide an illegibly written receipt after they have asked for their money so it was quite a contrast!

I highly recommend that you give Shawn & Forward Electric your business.

We blew a couple of things, electrically. Shawn was a wonderful gentleman. He located where something burned out, fixed it with OUR stuff and between the guy that answered the phone and Shawn's work, nothing could have gone better!

after reading the reviews i thought i would give this place a call to come service my home. i had a few issues i wanted a good technician to look at. but instead i got someone to come to my house to inform me that i dont have electricity going to certain outlets in my home..... i was thinking to my self....this is why i called a electrician to my home to address the problem...so after 3 hours of poking at walls and walking around my home he went and replaced a circuit breaker that was still working, and charged me parts, time and labor for it. towards the end of the visit, he informs me that he cant fix the problem today, and was charged 2 hours parts and labor and will need to schedule another appointment for an additional 4-8 hours of ""work"" to get my electrical issues resolved.

Needless to say i was very upset at the fact that i paid a electrical technician to come to my home, poke at walls for 2-3 hours and replace parts that did not need to be replaced and given a bill for accomplishing NOTHING. and to tell me i need to reschedule to pay for an additional 4-8 hours to get any more work done.

what work are they referring to exactly.... more poking at walls i presume.

this experience showed me how these people can rip a regular tax paying citizen off if your not paying attention to what these technicians are doing. WATCH these people because they will try and rip you off by charging customers more hours then you actually need and tell you something is wrong with something and will need to replace it then send you a outrageous bill for all the work they did to your home.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY A BUNCH OF RIP OFFS
