I bought my own TIGERSECU system for a rental property and needed someone to install it and was referred to this company/Corey. Upon arrival, Corey advised that he had a better/reliable system (Dahua - that came with no manual or instructions) and that I should use that system over what I had (the TIGERSECU). Corey said I needed to watch YouTube videos to figure out the controls. The system failed within the 1st year. After repeated phone calls to Corey, I was advised that he charges $175 tech fee to come out and look at the system. The system subsequently failed/crashed 2 more times thereafter only to be told about another $175 fee to come back out. Being that you can only go through him for tech support (cannot call any 800 numbers to the manufacturing company Dahua as they will tell you to contact your field representative (that is Corey)). I spent hours searching YouTube videos to figure out the things I did solve. After doing a routine system check recently to make it it was online and didn't crash, the system doesn't turn on at all. I wasted about $1000 with this junk. I was able to use the cams but had to get a quality DVR off Amazon (at a fraction of the price) and got it switched out myself in about 20 mins.

My new tech who install my additional Ring devices/cams said this type of scheme is popular with automization start-ups like these.

My advise, this company is a RIP OFF unless you are providing your own systems/electronics that you have a warranty for and can call the support without any outlandish fees/bad service and can get a refund.

Great team who are reliable and capable of getting the job done. They installed a door bell and two floodlight cameras on my home. Corey and his son were both professional and reasonable with their pricing. Will definitely consider their business again should o ever need additional service in the future.

Calling Fortress LVS is the equivalent to finding a pot of gold.
Here's why. I bought the 2 RING Security cameras and I needed to have them installed. I happen to send out a few quotes through YELP. Within 30 minutes Mr. Cory responded to my request and informed me that he could come out the next day. I appreciated the prompt response.

He arrived as promised on time. He provided me his professional opinion on the best location to install the cameras. Once we agreed, he and his partner went to work. They had to drill a few holes in order to connect the wiring because I did not have any existing ports available for outside floodlights.

Once they were finished we did a walk through and I couldn't even tell they had been there. There was no debris left behind and the cameras work beautifully. All at an affordable price.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES and I will be using them again in the near future.

I'm glad I called Fortress (Corey) for a repair on my rental property. My tenants were unable to hang Christmas lights because the electrical outlet on the back porch wasn't working. Corey quickly identified the problem and called me to approve the quote before doing the work.

It's a strange thing to need a service, have money in hand, see companies advertise their expertise in said service, and still be unable to find competent professionals to do the job.

That's where I found myself BEFORE finding Fortress LVS. They quoted me a reasonable price to install network wiring throughout my home, communicated expectations thoroughly, did a very clean installation, tested their work, and cleaned up after the work was done.

Corey and Mike were very personable and, in addition to great work, they offered great conversation making what would normally be a disruptive process seem like hanging out with old friends. Fortress is now my go-to low voltage service. I highly recommend them.
