I am the kind of person that typically researched the top 3-4 choices of vendors to use based on yelp reviews and next door reviews. Reviews are typically my 1st guideline and then I go based on making sure that the vendor is able to work with my ""style"" and then 3rd is price. My style .... ahhhhhhh I ask a MILLION questions, because I have to make sure I understand the what and the why of the scope for the job I am asking to be done. I rely on the experts to know what to do, but I like to understand the process and do my research so that I'm not taken advantage of and also so I can translate to my husband as he is not at home when I typically get quotes. From beginning to end I have to say Roger was awesome! Super friendly, answered ALL my questions with patience and a great attitude. Great person, great price and great team!

On the day of the installation, Roger & his team were on time, super friendly and non-disruptive, and overall very mindful that I was working from home. We had our electrical sub panel upgraded and not only does it look a million times better, but we now have piece of mind that our electrical is all safe now.

Thoroughly professional. Upon my request they did accommodate installation on a weekend since i have kids at home and on a working day it wouldn't have been possible. A couple of reschedules did happen but i was ok for me as it wasn't a weekday and it was not an emergency at my end.
As far as the work is concerned, they were spot on time and prepared with all material to be installed. The team of 3 people were very clean with Masks which anyone would expect at this time. The installation was very clean and tidy. I would recommend Formosa and its owner Roger for any electrical work.

Roger was amazing! He came out to give us an estimate on replacing a panel box and prepping for a hot tub the same day. They installed the Nema14-50 in my garage in barely 30mins during the weekend afternoon. They are very professional and they showed up with mask on, so I feel pretty safe. The price they charge is very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you want to install an EV charger in the garage.

very high quality of work from Roger!! In April 2020 some area in my house lost power. Some other electrician came to take a look but after a few round of troubleshooting was not able to identified the root cause. I did not have power in those area for almost two months. My friend referred me Roger and he came as our saver. Very soon he identified its the arcing inside the breaker panel. He showed me clearly where the problem is and immediately help me arrange a panel replacement. In two weeks permit was done and pg&e came with Roger to do the work. Roger also provide me a complete report and I submitted to my homeowner insurance claim and I got 100% covered. Thanks Roger for his great and high quality works. After that he also answered me over text a lots of questions to get my home power usage well managed.
Roger is very friendly honest and trustworthy and I like to recommend.

Roger was very helpful over the phone and troubleshooted my breaker issues with me. I'm a bit handy so with his help successfully replaced my breaker. The least I could do was let everyone else know that this is a great business.
