Jason did great on the first job we hired him for installing a charger for our EV. We were so pleased with his work we hired him to do another job. Unfortunately this didn't go so well, he was hard to reach, cancelled last minute. We rescheduled, he didn't return calls when we called to confirm and was a no show.

The power to my fish pond went out a day before I was due to travel and pretty much everyone that I had contacted would not be able to even return my call for at least a full day or two!

Forge Electric not only called me back within an hour, but he was able to come out to check what the issue was within 2 hours. In less than 15 minutes, Forge diagnosed the issue and had my fish pond up and running in no time.

Due to the nature of the issue, Forge did NOT charge me one cent for the visit.

Forge is responsive, courteous, and professional. If I have another issue, they will be the first ones that I call.

Jason installed my new EV charger and was incredibly responsive, professional and friendly. He made sure everything was done to code and would pass the inspection that I needed in order to qualify for the LADWP $1000 rebate. He even scheduled it and returned to my home to be there for the inspection, in case any questions arose. The quality of his work is top notch and I would definitely hire him again next time I need a great electrician.
