Oh my gosh! I don't know why I didn't do this rating the first time around.. we were referred to Brian by a friend,who is also a contractor, thank goodness!!!!!!!!
My condo was dark when I bought it.... Not so much any more- Brian installed 3 beautiful ceiling fans with lights and can lights in both bathrooms. Removing the awful fluorescent lights/fixtures as well.

Not only is Brian professional and very competent, he's a REALLY nice guy too!
I wish there were more contractors (and good people in general) like him.

Recently we had a semi- dangerous situation with a blown outlet that we couldn't figure out.... His response was almost immediate!! I am so glad I have him as ""my electrician"" -grateful, appreciative, impressed and feeling safe,

I didn't have a great experience with him. He is expensive, which I thought would translate to quality of work but it did not. He left a lot of trash around, light Fixtures not all the way seated after he messed with them for my re wire , and one light that he installed has a drill hole just outside of the housing that is painfully visible. To top that off I was charged at Least 3 hours of shopping at $100 an hour. I can't say for sure because he would not send me an accurate parts/labor break down, but 3 hours was verbally Confirmed before he became upset at my asking. Decent guy, ok Work at a premium cost.
