Frank may be the best contractor I have every had the pleasure to meet! He replaced a failing AC unit quickly at a reasonable price. Frank explained everything and even brought me up to code when the previous contractor had not. His responsiveness is second to none. I would highly recommend him!

I never write reviews. But if there was ever a time to write my first one, it's now. I truly wish I could give these CROOKS negative stars! I found them on Yelp and hired them to install a 50 amp power INLET for a portable generator to plug in and power the home I'm renting (with landlord approval). Before I agreed to hire them, I asked the owner Frank if a permit was required for the job. He EMPHATICALLY told me NO, a permit was NOT required because it was such a small job. I'm thinking, GREAT, you're hired! The guy comes, but instead of installing an INLET, he installed an OUTLET! I didn't realize it until after he'd left. I called him and he said he would return in 3 days to remove and replace the outlet with the inlet. That night, I let the landlord know what was going on, and he asked if the contractor pulled a permit. I told him the guy said I didn't need one, and my landlord almost lost his mind! He demanded that I call the guy back to come restore everything as it was originally because he ILLEGALLY did the job without a permit, and that by doing so, my landlord would be liable for fines and have trouble with his insurance company. He also sent me a link to the Florida building code that said ALL jobs of this type MUST be permitted. I called Frank to explain this, and he literally told me not to try contacting him again unless through an attorney!!! He took my money, ILLEGALLY installed the WRONG box, and refused to restore the wiring to its original state!!! I reported this to Yelp, and thank God they refunded what this CROOK stole from me! He is UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and a LIAR!!! If you're reading this and you hire him anyway, you deserve what you get.

I called F&M Utility Group to install 2 outlets for my bathroom. Their technician Frank, was very friendly and professional as I showed him where I wanted the box located. It's so refreshing to work with a company that hasn't lost its service orientation. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and empathetic. Everyone should hire them for all of the electrical needs. I will most definitely be calling them back for any future projects. Thanks, guys! You are a blessing.

The guy coming from F&M to give me an estimate came before I could cancel the request. He said he would be here 2-3pm and got here around 1PM. Another vendor came earlier and fixed the problem immediately for an extremally reasonable price. After much complaining, in person, and via multiple text messages, this guy from F&M asked for me to Zelle him $40.00 because that what his boss charges him for cancellations. I am very glad I did not hire this company.

BTW, a company called BAD ASS ELECTRIC immediately troubleshot a short in my house and fixed the problem for a mere $200.00. Now that is Bad Ass!

Frank gave me a quote over the phone, came out the very next day and was able to fix my exterior outlet, and brought to my attention that the outlet could've started a fire as it was burnt out. Thanks for the assist Frank!
