This company is the worst and not to be trusted ever. This man Eduard promised to come and said he already had the item that needed to be installed and would come in the morning. Here we are at 7.30 pm in the evening and he said he will not come and we should look for another person. I am devastated and I don't know why. We have a contract with this man for two visits a year. We did not give him any problems ever and trusted him.
PLEASE NOBODY TRUST THIS MAN. I can't believe the companies Kohler and Generac why do they have people like this outfit.

An addendum I now received a threat because of this review. The fact remains Eduard is not coming although he said yesterday he had the item already in his car and come in the morning. Now he read this review and is being nasty. To continue I now discovered that Eduard has been stringing us along for three weeks saying he was going to going to come but never showed up. NOW IT IS SERIOUS thanks to him. How can anyone be in business telling people stories and never showing up?
